Damn! It does kind of look like Becca! I'd say its possible since TT did hint at the characters from 400 Days making an appearance in this episode. But in my playthrough of 400 Days Shel decided not to go with Tavia so does that mean Becca didn't go either?
Telltale was talking about how 400 days will impact this episode, and that you should really play the DLC before this episode comes out. Maybe this is why?

As for what role I think she'll play in the Season... I think that she might be Clem's friend later on down the line, but if Clem were to make more pragmatic choices, choices that Becca would also make. This would make them closer.
Alternatively, if Clem were to make more moral choices, that might push them away, and they wouldn't necessarily be friends. In that case, maybe Clem would be closer friends with Sarah than Becca? It could be an interesting dynamic as the Season plays out.

Personally, I don't think it's Becca for a couple of reasons:
The last we saw Becca is on Day 400 and she was roughly 12-14?? Idk. It's been approximately (just an estimation) 23-27 months or 700-800 days since the outbreak started a little before S1E1. That means it's been roughly half a year or maybe even a year since we last saw Becca in Day 400. She'd be roughly anywhere from 12-15 so I doubt she'd have grown so quickly......
Now another thing, look carefully at the weapon mystery person is holding. That's a hunting rifle, I'm pretty sure, and the recoil on that thing is craaaazy. You're telling me a teenage girl can handle that effectively? Doubt it.

Neither of those would make the green and white on the jacket switch. The bottom portion of Shel's jacket is white while the upper portion is green and the hood is white. The person in the picture's jacket is green on the bottom and white on the top, but the hood is still white. It could be something Telltale just added into the trailer to throw us off(switch the jacket colors so we don't automatically know it's Shel or Becca) or just a mistake by Telltale, though.

First off I want to apologize for my stupid thread I made about the trailer. I'm sorry for tricking you guys and i hope you can forgive me. I got out of hand there. I was banned for a bit because of it and I learned my lesson. I will only post after each episode now. I will also just comment on others posts until the episode is out. Now to be honest I don't think that's Becca guys. Why. Because remember Becca is with Tavia and the others from 400 days near the bond fire. Also episode 4 Omid the ruins is when we will meet the characters from 400 days. I honestly think it's Sarah because remember in episode 1 Clem told Carlos that he's gonna have to toughen up Sarah so she can survive. Carlos will be scared now that Carver is after them. Carlos will want Sarah to toughen up and learn how to shoot. Sarah will want to be cool and doesn't want to wear her glasses anymore that's why it looks like she's not wearing glasses. Sarah is also wearing a hoodie. And if Kenny is alive there's a chance he will appear in episode 4 too. Now the I thought you were dead is probably Pete because he is not in the trailer which is suspenceful. You probably do leave him or choose to cut his leg off. Carver finds him and recruits him to the group. Or the I thought you were dead could be Carver. Maybe they kill Carver and he comes back somehow. Carver seems to be the main villian so far. He will manipulate characters to do his will.
