I actually thought is was Becca or SHel, but now I don't know, it can also be Sarah (but shooting a riffle? sound weird to me...)
But ok, I tought that it was SHel or Becca and that was some sort of cabin for the Tavia's group but then I remembered that yes they went in Tavia in my gameplay but in others people's they didn't went...
So if it is Bessa/Shel she will appear in some gameplays but in others don't, I'm guessing, also that house is nt from Tavia's communitty it's just those business cabin's that run the ski lifts :P
She doesn't even look half bad, maybe 5-6/10. Her character is just what you would expect, a little girl trying to act though but actually only scared.
