Seems like they're good guys as the Cabin group is seen around the ski lodge later in the trailer. Maybe when Alvin says that the Cabin group isn't there to rob anyone, the Ski Lodge group think that they're with Carver, who was robbing them?

I think you're right. It's pretty impressive to keep a knife 2 years into the apocalypse. Hopefully he isn't an asshole. The trailer tried to make him look kinda crazy. I mean who plays with a knife in movies and gamer other than bad guys.
