I doubt it's Molly. Clem has absolutely no reason to think Molly is dead, unlike others like Kenny or Lilly or Michelle.

Molly, on the other hand, was doing just fine when Molly last saw her. And when Omid and Christa last saw her, which is where Clem would have gotten the latest info on the group. Kenny, on the other hand, was by all accounts believed dead (but no one ever saw his body). Lilly was either left on the side of the road, or stole the van but was on her own with a herd that wound up coming after the train (so even that's more reasonable than Molly). Christa would be a focus of Clem, and it would be reasonable for Clem to think the bandits who attacked them killed her since she was trying to find out from that survivor at the lake what happened to Christa.
Kenny? I mean really? All he did was get Ben to drink to completely forget about his obligation to keep an eye on Clementine... then totally just shrugged it off. Dafuq.
But they're not bandits, the people at the Ski Lodge are the good guys. In the previews you see that they think that Clem's group are going to rob them. Perhaps Lilly joined with Carver's group and Kenny/Christa are with this new group?

I dont think you can really read into that clue and eliminate anyone by it. Old friends is just meant as an expression, like a "familiar face", hell it could be the stranger with a bandaid on his head and the achievement might still be called "old friends"

Of all the possible people for Clem to think were dead, Molly would be at the bottom of that list.

In the trailer there was that Becca/Shel looking like woman n the ski lodge scene, so could the "old Friends" be some characters from 400days?
