Okay. This is speculation. If you believe Kenny is dead, and if you saved Ben, then you'll know what i'm talking about.
It is Balcony's fault. Balcony killed Ben, causing Kenny to want to die, causing Kenny's death, meaning that Balcony was the true primary antagonist (TAKE THAT CAMPMAN).
Now STOP blaming Ben and START blaming Balcony.

If they didn't took the food from the Station Wagon they would've been less heavy because they wouldn't had anything to eat and the balcony would still be there!

Balcony is just as much a victim as Kenny and Ben. The balcony never chose to be built so poorly. It was the lazy construction workers that attempted to rush the job, resulting in shoddy craftsmanship that caused not just Ben's, not just Kenny's, but also BALCONY'S death.
BALCONY DID IT ON PURPOSE! BALCONY MISSED IT'S OPPORTUNITY TO KILL KENNY SO IT TOOK BEN INSTEAD, INDIRECTLY KILLING KENNY!

They should have seen it coming. Balcony was left alone after his owners killed themselves. All that time spent isolated caused balcony to fall into a deep depression. It wasn't about balcony wanting to kill Ben, it was about balcony wanting to take it's own life. Ben was just collateral damage.

Balcony was on its last legs when Lee's group showed up. Balcony tried, tried VERY hard to make sure they could escape the room and find Clementine, but it just couldn't hold up after so long without maintnence, ina ddition to being poorly constructed in the first place. Balcony never gave up. If it hadn't been for balcony, Clem never would have been found, an Christa and Omid would have died in Savannah. Balcony is a tragic hero.
I'm telling you, Balcony is a patsy! Gravity is the true enemy. If it wasn't for gravity then the group wouldn't have had to use and abuse balcony without so much as a thank you.
So the group forgets to say thank you and Balcony impales Ben?
Let us not forget, Balcony did not only drop Ben, but he cold-heartedly IMPALED Ben. Even gravity could not force Balcony to do that.
