Weird guy?

Okay so today i played the walking dead season 1 out and in the end i saw that one guy in the badass moment. His head gets cut off, but why did they make a '' Just turned'' guy? He still had clothes and flesh the others zombies not what is your opinion on this guy?

    If I am correct that zombie is based on real person. There was contest where if you pre-ordered the game, you had a chance to become a zombie in game. So he was one of the 4 winners. Thats why he is clothed different and stands out of the rest.

    Oh yeah that makes sense BTW: how in steam do i look at trophies for season 2 someone said old friend reunited
