Well, seeing as how the achievements are "Old Friends" and "Reunion", I'd like Kenny to show up at the "Old Friends" part, and then Christa to appear at the "Reunions" part. And then maybe they join up with Matthew, Walter, Kenny, and whoever else at the ski Lodge, and they think they'll be safe there from Carver... for the moment.

I'm guessing, since the last achievment it's called "reunion" that Clem and/or the group will reunite with someone they knew, like Christa or someone that was from the cabin's group before.
Other possibilitie is that the acievment name is towrds the player, meaning thath you reunite with other charatchers that CLementine didn't knew but you know, like the 400 days charatchers (Nate, Eddie, who went to the communitty or who diddn't, are all good possibilities;)
