It's 400 Days DLC and yes the characters are going to be present in Season 2 ( or at least i hope so )

We will likely see at least one of them(Becca) in episode 2. Eddie and Vince are pretty much confirmed to appear at or before episode 4.
or clem's group may actually meet all the 400 days dlc charachters

I just stated the ones with substantial evidence pointing towards them returning. If we're considering everyone, don't forget Bonnie and Shel. d:
every one from the dlc will be in the game .... it does not make sense if some were there and others disappear
It is possible that only the ones who went with Tavia will be in the game and the rest of them, if any, died or don't show up in season 2.
This would provide quite a lot of different outcomes, so if it is the case, that could explain the long delay on episode 2.
But like I said, I was just stating the ones with substantial evidence pointing towards them at least having the possibility to return. We have seen Eddie, Vince's model and what looks like Becca. Eddie is on all of the episode 4 slide pictures, Vince's model blacked out is on some of the episode 4 slide pictures and someone who looks like Becca appears in the episode 2 trailer.
