Steam Achievements spoiler?

edited March 2014 in The Walking Dead

So does any thing that the achievements give away to much?

New Morning
Helped someone through a difficult time

The Intruder
Talked to a stranger

Moving on
Left the cabin

Over the Bridge
Found a way across the water

A Stranger
Met someone on a bridge

Old Friends
Made it to the Ski Lodge

Past Midnight
Settled things with a new friend

Reunion
Completed Episode 2 "A house Divided"

Seems like you leave the cabin meet a person that came to the door end up at a ski lodge and then it cuts out after you moved on. Does anyone else think this gives away to much?

  • Im happy the i thought you were dead character is still in the game, though.

I think it basically gives away that the "I thought you were dead" person is Kenny. Well, maybe doesn't give it away, but strongly indicates that it's him. I don't really think that "Old Friends" fits Lilly too much, and it basically eliminates Victor(the dying bandit) and Michelle(the girl who killed Omid).

  • Victor and Michelle are both obviously dead. I don't understand why people even consider them to be alive.

Yes i also think " Old Friends" is a little hint that it is gonna be Kenny, as we all expected. But we have to remember that it might aswell be Christa. But Kenny is alot more logical and likely, Christas re appearence would be to obvious in my eyes.

  • Old friends might have been used sarcastically, like someone she only knew not friends

  • My bet is on the Juice Box.

  • Hell yeah juicy is like my third favorite character, he is full of mystery and flavor, god knows Clem needs juicy to make it through, juicy is waiting for clem in the ski lodge i know he is!

About time I ran into somebody else with faith in Juice Box!

  • But i thought Clementine sucked " Juicys " blood out before she stitched her arm...it was a very brutal thing to watch!

Anyway, i am sure " Juicys " fate will be exlored!

  • Old friend could be Christa....

Could be Chet for all we know

  • A determent choice could also be possible. So either Chet or Officer Mitchel.

  • What about Clem's friend she mentions in A New Day, Alfred.

  • naw Alfred died of a peanut allergy while playing soccer

I'd love it if the ITYWD character was determinant. That would put more emphasis on our choices, and could possibly make everyone happy.

A determent choice could also be possible. So either Chet or Officer Mitchel.

  • Or, it could be a figurative expression, such as this one: "Say hello to my little friend! (one of Al Pacino's famous quotes)" In this case, "Old Friends" could refer to things Clementine may have had or used in the past, and has found them (or similar items) recently. For example, when she first met Lee, she had a walkie-talkie and a hammer.

For people, it is possible that, based on the choices from Season 1, the St. Johns, Herschel, and/or Vernon, could be the "Old Friends". We have to wait and see.
