LEE AN ASSHOLE?
She will always care about and miss Lee no matter what. She took his word as the better one, even if she didn't like some of his immoral choices. This could make her a bit more rude and less optimistic though in Season Two, who knows.
No matter how Lee treats her she thinks of him the same way, or at least she does so far. She feels the same way about him at the end of S1 no matter the options you choose also. I don't suspect they will have any real changes in Clem's perception of him over S2 from the choices he made in S1 excluding overall carry overs and perhaps small specific examples (like her saying shut in the bathroom). I don't believe they will have any negative connotations follow over from S1. But they could.....
Well, since you're asking, I guess it's okay if I just say it. But spoilers. You'll be given the chance to decide that for yourself in dialogue. The way the end of the season plays out makes it clear that there's some sort of personal connection between Lee and Clem, whether she likes him or not. For sure, Clem will not be forgetting about Lee and what he taught her, no matter what she thinks of him.
