can't download episode 2

Episode 2 is now available to download but when i go to the episode to download it, it won't let me download the episode at all and gives me this red circle with a line through it, it then says 'limits on use' under the X bottom, so when i click on it, it gives me this stupid message about 'usage restrictions' "The item you are trying to download is subject to usage restrictions" wth.... I only have 1 xbox 360 and only 1 xbox live account, and it gives me this stupid message. I have already brought the season pass, i had no problems downloading episode 1 but now i can't download episode 2 at all.... can someone please help me..... I am from Australia.

but how come it says 'download episode' on the episode 2 screen?
TTG and MSOFT have both confirmed a March 5 release date. Who knows? Maybe the system is messing up?

ok thanks, it's weird because on my screen it says 'download episode' so i just through it was out now.
I don't have an Xbox, but I heard the reason why the download option is sometimes there is because they've uploaded it to their servers to get ready in advance for the release. It's to avoid possible glitches that could happen due to last minute updates. Telltale's 'The Wolf Among Us' apparently had that problem, so they're probably trying to prevent that error from happening again. It's not actually available yet, and as far as I know, it will come out on the 5th for your platform.

Yeah same thing for me its a red circle and it says can only be purchased on the original account and im like wtf I only us one account lol. I purchased the season pass about a week ago. And yeah went on the game today and it said new episode and I got excited then pissed because I couldnt download it. I even deleted the game. And re downloaded my season pass. But it still has the red sign on it:((xbox360))
But words of advice dont delete the game lol u will lose all your game files
I have to replay now. But like the other guy said I guess its not out yet. I never been on a community blog before. I tried to google the problem I was having, I couldn't find nothing so I went to the website and seen they have community blogs:) fuck yes
mine is still saying this with the red cross, im in the UK, does anyone know a time when the red circle will cease to exist and we can download it?
