I think this usually means they are updating their Servers. We may get it soon.
Like Kyle from South Park said: "There's nothing you can do about it. You're just going to have to be patient."
It's not a movie, but it is an equivalent amount of entertainment (possibly more, given that many players like to go back and play it again with different decisions). No one's looking at Avengers 2 and saying, "I can't believe we have to wait 3 years for a 2-hour movie!" And games often take longer to develop. So why is it okay to spend $10 on a two-hour movie that takes 2-3 years to make, but it's unreasonable to spend $5 on a two-hour game that takes 2-3 months to make? Looking at the amount of entertainment you're getting compared to either the money spent or the amount of time you have to wait for it, the game is still a far better deal.
Why don't they develop episodes ahead of time to avoid delays? I've asked that myself, and I certainly would prefer if they did it that way. But I don't think it's likely to happen any time soon just because it wouldn't be particularly good for Telltale's cashflow. Developing the whole thing prior to the release of the first episode means that the release of the first episode is going to have to be pushed back a lot (and during that time, you'll still have fans complaining about how it's taking so long). And then for the whole time between games, you don't have as much money coming in until you release something new. If they have something that's ready to go, it's better for them to get it out as soon as possible to get more money going into the business, and they can then put those added resources toward future releases.
i wouldn't call it a movie.
i think it's better to call it an episode.
and if we will compare it to a tvshow, then tvshows releasing o… morene episode every week.
i know that u will tell me that games takes a lot of time to be developed, well why they don't develope the 5 episodes before releasing the first episode? or just release all the game at once?
So someone's downloaded it, played it, recorded it, and then uploaded it back to the internet in the time it's taken Telltale to get the game to the people who are directly supporting them. That would be hilarious if it weren't so infuriating.

Well, well, well! Season 2 finally loaded and I can get into the menu! Now, the drawback is, I purchased the entire Season 2 upfront from Tell Tale and I'm still showing Episode 2 as "Coming Soon". Meanwhile, Steam and other platforms are receiving it and have already completed it! Sorry Tell Tale, the game is awesome but you really need to address your direct customers first! I suggest, only my opinion, that in the future, look after the direct orders and then worry about the third party platforms. Just makes customer service sense!
Fantastic episode. Outstanding. Took just about two hours to complete.
Onward to the next episode heh. Nah, not really. Gonna do a few re-winds before the week ends.
It shows it as ready to download on my Xbox 360 and when I go to DL it there is a friggin Ghostbuster symbol and it wont let me do anything and it is 5:00pm here. Anyone know if it is coming out today or the 5th like some reports said?
No, I dont' think it worked that way, it's more likely one of the people who got an early copy, like they do for gametesters. Last time people got upset because one well-known youtuber got an early copy and bragged about it (and had an let's-play minutes after release (or maybe even before, don't remember exactly)). I guess it's the same this time.
So I don't think the person played, recorded an uploaded it after the release but before. Like yesterday and made it available on youtube today after release.
Still it's bad form, that they update their one servers that late, when Steam and Sony already have the game. What's the hold-up? How can a third party update the game earlier than the company that produces it?

This is the last fing time when I'm buying this game directly from TTG sites. Next time I'll just get it from Steam. This is happening second time, was exactly the same 3 months ago, while ppl can't log in to their accounts and authenticate game... U r good at producing games, but not selling them. Las fing time, I swear.
Yep, just went on to the game client and now downloading it.
Telltale, you really need to learn from your mistakes and upload it beforehand so we can get it at the same time as Steam users at least.

hm.. I never really liked South Park..

Come on Telltale, release it already for the ones who paid you directly.

I hear people in the Caribbean region are already playing it too.

Everyone in this theard is, haven't you been reading? xD
I'm wonder if there is some decisions that you can take to not see so many people get killed 0.o.
Woohoo! It's finally downloading!
Another Steam or PS user...
I just finished the episode. Needless to say, my soul has been crushed. I'm gonna go cry in a ditch for a few days...
It's downloadable! At least for me.

I'm downloading atm! Bought from Telltale store.
I don't want to complain and all, but the last three hours of waiting has been devestating. Specially because it was already avaiable on Steam.
Telltale, you really have to fix this. It's important to your fans!
It's about time!
It's up!
It was not that soul crushing as the first episode imo. At least our group is still alive, and Kenny!
it's downloading, no more cooming soon in game!
Yep, just went on to the game client and now downloading it.

It's up for everyone!??! NOT ME NOOO
Edit: I just re-logged. It's up! Yes!
What was the stuff with Telltale urging us to play 400 Days before this episode? All we saw was a even worse Bonnie. Talk about hyping for nothing.
Totally agree.
