Okay, when I go into the game it says "Unable to download at this time". But it should be released 2 hours ago, right? What's wrong with this?

There were kind of similar problems with Ep. 2 of TWAU. It's very frustrating for me too, but it's not a tragedy.
Why does Steam get it before us who bought it from the developers' website? I'm getting kinda sleepy...
Okay, NOW it works... seems like the servers are working very slow. Much updates at the same time, i think. ;D
Dang it, why doesn't TelltaleGames release it for the ones who downloaded from the website first? Ugh! I want to play it so bad and I'm afraid to go into other threads in case some jackass does not use the spoilers check box

Ah! It's downloading for me right now- right as I saw steam downloading something, I knew it was the game!
In about 11 minutes it's gonna be ready for me.
For those having problems with the update, I'd say it could possibly be the steam server you've chosen! Northamerican servers could be overloaded with people downloading the game from it as of now. I located mine in brazilian servers, and it's actually faster than my own country's.

I Bougth it from TTG. It`s says Coming soon for me in the download section and in the game.
I'd like to know the answer to that too. The only reason I bought it from Telltale's site was because I believed the game would be available sooner for those customers. Grrrrrrr

I agree with you .. why say you releasing today midday and we are STILL waiting ... they need a set time on when they gonna release it and be PREPARED.! -_- hmmph.
It's past 9 fucking pm here in UK and it still says coming soon and yet im hearing people are downloading it from steam no problem
It's not good enough when you pay for a service and this happens. I shouldn't have to wait a day after release for the servers to be sorted out. I am not ordering from the TT website again. Steam all the way

It was our mistake to think logically - believing we'd get faster, better service by purchasing it from them directly. I'm definitely not buying from Telltale's site again! They really need to hire someone who specializes in customer relations, they've dropped the ball so many times in the past few months.
I have had that exact thought so many times! Seriously, Telltale. You really should be investing in customer relations, because whoever is managing yours right now is terrible.

It happens every time. I thought i had avoided it this time but buying through GMG and i would get a steam code, but it activated on Bloody Awful telltale again.
Wow.. it still hasn't come out on TT's store? Meanwhile, lots of people have already beat it on ps3 and steam.. If there is a lesson to be learned from all this is to NEVER buy a game directly from TT's store again!
