(Spoiler) A certain someone's mental state
Okay, it's quite clear Kenny's got a few screws loose when he called Clementine "Duck" for a second.
Also the awkward laughter as one of the comments pointed out. I worry for him.
I was so excited to see Kenny back, but I think he seems to be mentally unstable.

I'm worried about him. You can tell from Clementine's reactions to his jokes and awkward laughter that she probably is too.
I think he does have some mental scarring. He lost all of his friends and his family in the apocalypse then he meets the one sort of friend that he has left and she might leave him the next morning. I'd probably be acting abnormal if I were in his situation.
Also, notice that Luke is nowhere to be seen at the end of the episode and if you ask Kenny about it....he gives you a very vague answer. Maybe Kenny killed Luke? Possibly out of jealousy? I hope he didn't, but I think it is a possibility.
I agree. I really hope luke is okay. I like him the most out of all the new survivors.
Yeah, Kenny seems like he's simply hardened and wants to protect the ones he cares about (Sarita, Clem) but if you ask Kenny about Luke once he just says "I told him to go take a hike" and if you ask him a second time it almost looks like he has a guilty face.

Kenny is probably a mental wreck. His entire family died, followed by all of his friends. Then he nearly died in Savannah, which would probably give him a bit of PTSD on top of everything else, then he just wandered around for a while completely alone. I wouldn't be surprised if Clem returning brought back all of those nasty memories since he thought he'd never see anyone from the motel group again.
...Yeah. That's what I think.
I really hope that if Kenny is a scarred man then at least Clementine can help fix him. He said he considers Clem and Lee family in Season 1 and maybe that's all he needs. Family. And a boat.
Why did kenny say duck?
He seemed oddly happy. Smiled and laughed more in this episode than the entire season 1. I Think that is why he seems a bit off.
He didn't mean to, it just slipped out. You can tell it hurts him on the inside afterwards.
Because they were eating dinner at the table, and he had his son in his sub-conscious thought. Duck's death still haunts him. even though It has hardly been 2 years anyways.
Maybe Kenny will end up doing something that costs either him or someone else their life and Clementine gets to choose who to save or something. d:
Its fake, you can see that hes trying to play nice but fails, like that awkard joke about Luke and Nick. How he acted when Sarita didn't want to give him the box, the way she asked to Clem about him before. Kennys gone totally nuts.
And Sarita is just a replacement for Katjaa: same personality, similar strong accent, same mannerisms... He's definitely not 100% normal at this point.
Yeah, Im a fraid next step for him is full blown schizophrenia, where he thinks Clem is Duck.
Guys cut him some slack....................He lost his CHILD AND HIS WIFE AT THE EXACT SAME TIME he spent months alone by himself he lost his true best friend (Lee) now from the peace and quiet theres a group and he meets with Clem after 2 years of like aloness and hes super happy and wants her to stay but you cant leave your group so if u leave again Kenny will be mad and she doesnt want to leave the group but Kenny doesnt like her group so yeah,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
