Ok, listen to this:
When Carver threatens to kill Alvin, he says that Alvin has murdered someone (George) in cold blood, a good reason to kick someone out, but why? Alvin is a good guy with a lot of empathy, why would he kill anyone? That's where the twist comes in: What if Rebbeca was cheating on Alvin with Carver, but George took the blame, (maybe because Carver blamed him or threatened him to take the blame, maybe he wanted to be a good friend) and Alvin was so pissed of that he killed George? I mean, it's possible, We saw that happening in the game once (Lee killing the state senator because he was sleeping with his wife) so why not again?
Anyway it's not that important for the rest of the game, but it might shed some light on why Alvin murdered someone "In cold blood".

Nice theory and it could be true. What I took away from that scene though is that Alvin and the group were trying to leave Carver's group, and that his best friend might have snitched on them because they wanted to leave. That could explain why Alvin killed him in an attempt to protect his wife and the group so they could leave the camp.

Going off my own personal opinion, I'd say either a few days after the game has comes out on every platform or another week should be alright - whatever comes first.
Of course, we'll still ask you to use spoiler tags to discuss what happens during plot discussion, but I would think that it won't be too long until Kenny's appearance itself will be fair game.
Again, this is just my opinion though.

and you should just put a disclaimer on this site warning about spoilers, this is a place to talk about the game after all, if people CHOOSE to come here then they run the risk of getting spoiled, why should we have to make an extra effort to avoid spoiling it when they clearly cant make the effort to stay spoiler free?
Maybe Alvin is a bit of a nutter. Rebecca does mention that "He'll kill me if he finds out its not his." and although its not written in the subtitles she mentions Alvin by name.
Good guy? Alvin wanted to keep all of the food Clem found for Rebecca.
I told him the group should decided, and I wasn't too broken up when Carver shot him.
Well i agree with Alvin in this sequence ,Rebecca is pregnant, + she said she was sorry
He was one of the only people who helped and sided with Clem in ep 1 + He gave her bandages and a juicebox.
And he only wanted to take 1 can for Rebbeca because she was "Eating for two".
Pretty sure that's a way of speech, he won't kill his wife and (adoptive) unborn son..
Oh wow, yeah, I forgot about that. I guess I got lost in the new names that popped up in Episode 1, and I didn't realize he only wanted to keep one.
Hmm, I feel a little bad for him now.
