Ok, it may actually be an issue with connectivity, I've found. I had to move to another part of the building for a meeting, and it downloaded just fine. Odd, I have a pretty good connection in my office.... or maybe the bug just got fixed. Either way, I've downloaded it and CANNOT WAIT to play tonight.
It finally worked for me, but only after I waited a few hours. Had nothing to do with connectivity though cause I tried it on multiple devices in multiple locations. When it was giving me the error it didn't even tell me the price, it just asked if I wanted to purchase it and then said "error." When it finally worked it told me the price and asked me of I wanted to purchase it, then it worked fine. Must have been a problem with the iTunes Store perhaps. Oh well. Can't wait to play it.

Hi I'm having the same issue. Tried downloading on my iPad and iPhone and I get the same error.

Yep I'm in Australia too so it has been released. Just goes back to the same screen for me, so I assume it hasn't charged me. Hopefully.
