Will Carver be Clem's friend in E3?
I mean... in trailer for next episode, she's mostly next to him and it looks like they're friends.
Maybe we'll find out that he's "good guy" and the cabin group are "villains", but I don't like him much right now.

Yeah and I'm not very happy that Clementine could possibly build friendship with him. Hope TT'll give us option to choose between cabin group or Carver. That would be very nice.

Hell, why not?! We still got to hear his side of the story. Maybe there is indeed something with the cabin group than meets the eye. I hope Carver at least gets to be an interesting character if he remains a villain to the end.

Well, choosing between good Clem and villain Clem could be good. But I don't want to join Carver against my will. Forcing people to be bad is not very good idea in my opinion.

He'll just act real friendly to attempt to brainwash her into becoming loyal to him.
So yes, he's gonna be awfully kind to her, but with ill-intent.
I personally think he understands for such a little girl she has a lot of power. More power then carlos's group put together. So he will cover himself up and do whatever he can to make Clem think he is a good guy and that the cabin group are bad. I dont like Carver one bit.
Considering that he tortured a guy in front of his daughter and killed Walt and Alvin(unless you manage to save him), yeah he definitely isn't friendly at all and I don't plan on becoming Carver's nr.1 best friend. And it looks like in episode 3 he will be the Palpatine to Clementine's Anakin and hopefully, depending on choices, Clem won't join Carver or pretty much have her join Carver and turn into Darth Clementine.
He can try and be friends with my Clem but I will show him where to shove it. Not after Walter and in my case Alvin as well, nope, he's miles past the line at this point in my book.
Basically, if he dont kills kenny i dont have a problem with a friendship. Yeah he is bad but i kinda feel the cabin group deserves it
I think its more like " keep your friends close , but your's enemies closer " it doesn't seem right she can just "bond" with him . i think since she is already in his camp , and she has not choice of just running ,so she is snooping around being nice so maybe hopefully can find a way for her and the group out . But that just my thought .

They deserved it? How can you say that without knowing what they did? We still don't know the circumstances behind them leaving Carver's group.

Carver is a sociopath, completely insane, and is so set on his self and his ways he will do anything to get his way and anybody who either gets in his way or goes against what he wants will be dealt with as we've all seen. My clem that follows my God honest decisions will not take a liking to him or do as he says. My other clem who does the opposite of my actual decisions will try to like him and his ways just to see where it goes. Carver kind of reminds me of a crazier version of Kenny.
Carver is a douche and I pray that this next episode is his last.
Agreed that he's a bastard. But I would like him to survive more than the next episode, good villains should not be squandered.
