  Also, I realize this doesn't really belong here, but no one is in the other parts of the community so...

  The system is broken at the moment. For others to receive your messages, you must paste the URL from the private message into a comment and reply to the person you PMed with this URL.

  For example:

  http://www.telltalegames.com/community/messages/1127
