Did you notice Carlos' voice actor dubbed also Ezio Auditore da Firenze in Assassin's Creed: Discovery (outstanding Nintendo DS spin-off)?
Isn't it weird that he's voicing characters with accent, while he is American (or maybe Englishman)?

Not necessarily odd. Katjaa was also voiced by an American as is Sharita (judging by the name in the credits anyway – definitely not an Indian name). Never mind how many times English accents are attempted by American actors (usually pretty badly) or British actors do American accents.

Kid Beyond played many characters in other TTG games, like in the Wolf Among Us Grendel and in Sam and Max, Monsieur Papierwaite:
I did not hear accent in Katjaa's voice. Maybe it's because English is not my native language.
I believe she was supposed to be Belgian (can't remember where I read that). Based on her name probably Flemish. She had a northern European sounding accent, pretty mild but definitely there.
That he did. I compiled a list of most of them, although I only included Telltale's adventure games, so the fact that he also voiced Tycho in Poker Night at the Inventory is not included on that list.
He's also a beatboxer and a really talented singer (he sang many of the sound-alike versions of songs on Harmonix's Karaoke Revolution games and sounded surprisingly similar to the original singers, from Elvis Presley to Justin Hawkins of The Darkness).
