I'm thinking we'll see Nate again, but I don't think that Nate would join a community where everyone needs to love each other and follow rules so that they don't get killed. Even if he did join the community, he would be killed in five seconds flat for doing something crazy.
no, that would def not be the Nate i know. Nate is a lone wolf, not the typical bad guy who follows orders and gets along with others. but, I WANT NATE IN SEASON 2!

I'm personally hoping that he saves the cabin group at Carver's community with whomever stayed at the camp in 400 Days. I'd definitely like to see him go against Carver as an anti-hero.

In episode 1 (i think it was Luke) someone mentioned that Nicks father is probaply still alive and is an asshole that never was there for his son.

Yeah, when it was Kenny, it said "Kenny 202" and he indeed appear, so we can expect these guys to appear as well.
That kind of makes a ton of sense when you consider how fucked up Nick is.
Nate will probably be on his own, attacking Carver and "Howes DIY Store" every now and then. He probably pisses on their front gate and then runs off.
