How is Alvin STILL fat?
Seriously, can someone solve this mystery? He's not chubby, he's actually fat. How can he be that fat with the lack of food and strenuous exercise we've been doing. Walking for 5 days. Going up the mountain to the ski resort. He should have been in his fat burning zone.

I think he just eats all the food he finds. I mean he tried to convince Clem to let him take a can of peaches for himself to give to his wife... and i have a feeling that can would have never found it's way to her.
I read an interesting study on why there would still be fat people during a time of extreme food shortage. can't finmd it though
