Why wouldn't Alvin be surprised?
I want to say that in the first episode Rebecca prays that the child is somenone's.We don't know whose ,she just says:''his''.After that in ep2 she says to Clementine that a ''he'' will kill her if the baby ain't his.She probably talked about Alvin beacuse when he returns she is surprised and says: There's my men!''So Alvin doesn't have any idea about the other father,but when Carver/Bill/George says loudly about raising their baby in a safe place Alvin doesn't react.
Do you think Rebecca was raped?If she was why would Alvin be mad?

When carver talked about raising the baby in a safe home Alvin clenched his fist.
He couldn't really react loudly, could he? They were hiding from Carver, after all, clenching his fist was all he could do to express his feelings.
