Is this foreshadowing

I recently remembered the campsite with the dog in Season 2 Episode 1, there is a toy bin with a doll in it. I think this doll looks familiarly to Bonnie, and with that little bit of blood on the head. I think this may be foreshadowing to a possible outcome of Bonnie getting shot in the head. What do you guys think?

    Didn't the doll's arm move or something? cuz it happened to mine and it was fucking creepy

    Yea i think because Clementine dropped it so her arm lowered.

    Funny thing, I actually thought of Bonnie when I first saw that doll back when EP1 had just come out.

    Interesting.
