    To what we have now.

Episode 4 was not one of my favorites, but that episode of PD made me appreciate more the design choices for it. I am getting nothing right now. Scott Porter's interview was good enough, I guess. He at least spoke about the way he saw Luke and Clem's roles for A House Divided.

  • Someone please Post a link for episode2...looks like i missed that one!

Playing Dead's gone down hill, I don't even feel interested in it anymore.

I agree. I liked it much better when it was intelligent discussion with designers and writers from the game talking about player choices, plot developments, etc, as opposed to the current formula with IGN. (I'm only a volunteer moderator, so I know just as much as you guys do about why they changed it up.)

Greg Miller is alright, but A.J. Locascio was more interesting and actually focused on the material about the game. Maybe AJ could co-host in future episodes? :P

Well, at least we'll have something every Saturday to ease the pain from waiting for Episode 3. Although I do miss AJ hosting and the old 'Playing Dead' like everyone else. The new ones feel more like advertisements rather than actual discussions about the game. And I'm guessing that the Stats Trailers are gone for good now? It's too bad. I was looking forward to those as well.

I think this is Episode 2. They probably made a typo, as they have the "Episode 201 in Five Minutes Summary" video where Episode 2 would've been.

  • Agreed on the stats trailers. Those were always fun to watch, and also gave the community more discussion fodder which would really benefit Telltale during their longer episode waiting periods. :)

  • I feel the same way, especially with the longer wait periods between each of the episodes like you mentioned. I wonder why they decided to scrap them for this season? Maybe they don't have enough time or resources with all their other projects they've currently got going on.

  • We're getting a new PD episode every week now. That'll be a lot of PD episodes before In Harm's Way is released. Could this mean they're actually foreseeing shorter game episode releases? So that they can actually have 4-6 PD episodes in between each game episode? If it takes In Harm's Way another 11 weeks to release that would be a lot of PD episodes which would have almost nothing left to discuss about.

  • Well, they have still been releasing Accolade trailers so I presume resources are not the issue.

I think that it could be more plausible that Telltale either doesn't have the time, or underestimates how much we liked them.

Gosh, I hope you're right. They did say that the wait this time around will be shorter than we think. Perhaps the reason why the last was so long was because "All That Remains" was just an episode to test the waters of player's reactions towards Season Two. Remember how in the preview for "A House Divided" Matthew and Walter were seen together, but in the end result, we got one character on the bridge and other at the ski lodge? It could be that they won't make as many modifications for Episode 3.

  • That's a good point. I might be grasping at straws, but I hope that they'll at least release one big Stat Trailer at the end of the season with all the choices that we made throughout the episodes. It'd be a nice surprise. :)

Damn, I do want some things to be (re)added to the formula right now, but I feel so powerless to let them know.
