So looks like Kenny moved on from Katcha's death. How do you feel about this? Yeah it's been 2 years but It seems so weird to see him with Sarita..another woman

I don't think he moved on. I know it was just random chance that the woman he met up with after Savannah happened to be similar to Katjaa, but it seems like he's trying to recreate his old life instead of moving on. He sees Sarita as a new Katjaa, Clem as a new Duck, and Wellington is the new boat for him. He gets angry whenever someone questions his plan to get there, just like he did about the boat in Season 1, and refuses to listen when people tell him it won't work. He describes the place like a paradise that can solve all of his problems, despite never having been there. He's still stuck in the past, I think.
I think having another woman in life and having to deal with life-threatening situations on day-to-day basis kinda cuts your normal mourning time.
All I know, is Kenny has a thing for foreign chicks.

I say it's pretty clear he hasn't. Compare the similarities between Katjaa and Sarita.
Everything Rock114 said is true. I also think that Kenny tryed his best to forget about his bad past and all the terrible things (and stuff) that happened to him and all the people he cared about. That's the reason why he didn't want to talk about his past with Sarita and Walter. Seeing Clem again made him remember about all the bad things (and stuff) that happened to him in his past!
