Isn't Telltale out of control?

edited March 2014 in The Walking Dead

Aren't they? I mean they just keep killing people no matter how long we've met them! It's like while they're making episode 2 they were like "oh lets add this nice dude Mathew...oh wait...let kill him" and same with Walter. Also Pete was only in 1 episode and his bite escalated quickly and It's like Telltale doesn't care about fans' feelings anymore! DAMN!

TOTAL EP.2 CHARACHTER DEATHS : 3 Is this a new record fro Telltale? 3 deaths in 1 episode....

Edit: I forgot Alvin and/or Nick can die so that would lead up to 4 or 5 deaths!

  • The simple fact you gew attached to a charachter enough to resent for their quick death in such a short time means they're doing a pretty neat job

No, Episode 2 from Season 1 had more: Mark, Larry, random bandit, Andy, Danny, Brenda St. John.

And Episode 3 from Season 1: Carley/Doug, bandits, Duck, Katjaa.

  • 3 deaths in one episode? A new record? Pfft, did you forget about Episode 3, Season 1?

  • im talking about the protagonist. random bandit, Andy, Danny, Brenda st John weren't pro's

Well Ep 3 from S1 had a similar death toll: Duck, Katjaa, Carley/Doug, (and maybe Lilly). So it isn't exactly a record.

  • Well in season 1, Carley/Doug, KAtja and Duck die in episode 3 adn also Lilly leaves the group...

In episode 3 I'm guessing there will be even more deaths so new charatchers can join

  • I thought Carley/Doug die in Ep. 2

  • Nah man, the "/" sign means "or" so I said Carley "(or) or (/)" Doug, implying either of the two.

  • i know what that means but It's also Doug OR Carley's life on the line at the Drug Store

If you can't stand to watch people die you shouldnt play again set in an apocalypse.

  • We could even say 4 deaths, we don't know what happened to Luke. I don't know why, but i have the strange feeling Kenny might have killed him for some reason

  • play a game set in the apocalypse or The Walking Dead? Those are kinda different. Yes they are both in the apocalypse but in TWD, each character gives you more understanding of them and you get more attached. TWD is about 95% story almost and I love it but that doesn't mean just because I think it's sad I will stop playing it. Never. Also The characters who died all didn't die form walkers so anyone from any game can die this way.

  • Well their deaths are just determinant unlike the other episodes where they're gonna happen no matter what.

  • Its The WALKING DEAD you can't keep everyone alive thats what they said

  • Telltale does care about our feelings. You're SUPPOSED to feel bad for Matthew and Walter when they die. Telltale made them nice for a reason, so people would care about their deaths. Johnny was an enemy that was killed so Carver could be provoked without looking completely evil, I think.
