Order being processed.... or is it?
Hi
I've just ordered a couple of games, paid straight away with credit card and have a message saying "Thank you for your order. Your order is being processed and you will be notified of the result shortly."
This has now been sitting there for around 15 min or so. Am I notified on this screen, or are emails sent out?
Thanks.

Anyway, I just checked and I see that the order has gone through, so you should be all set. Your Season One download links didn't show up correctly at first but I have added them manually, and you can get the games here: http://www.telltalegames.com/mytelltale/purchases
If you're using Vista, let me know so I can send you download instructions for a different version of Culture Shock. The other episodes are fine on Vista.
One last thing - you may have received an email about the Season One bonus disc being backordered. There are more on the way to the warehouse now (I actually thought they would have arrived by now, but apparently they're still in transit). So the shipment shouldn't be delayed for too long.
I had that exact same message on Cyberlink after entering credit card details.
It was 34 hours ago. . .
What happened after you got that message?
If you got that error message trying to purchase something through Cyberlink and arrived here after doing a Google search for the error, then we're not going to be able to help you. (I just did a Google search myself and found your post on the Cyberlink board, so I think I understand what happened...)
We used to use the same payment processing system as Cyberlink (DigitalRiver), which is why Sabbracad got the same error message you did, but whatever caused the error for you is related to Cyberlink's checkout path, and what we did to resolve the problem for Sabbracad was specific to Telltale's store.
Sorry.
