I do admit Luke hasn't gotten much time to prove himself as a capable smart person yet, but I do like his attitude more than Kenny's. There are a couple points in season 1 where Kenny shows good judgement about avoiding fights, but he's always very weary. He never jumps to conclusions but he's certainly more ready to shoot someone and less trusting than Luke. Examples - the St John farm in episode 2, Omid and Christa in episode....3 I think, at the end of it. Kenny doesn't trust those people, one out of two times he's right for not trusting them, but the other time he doesn't go shooting up people. xD
I agree. I was one hundred percent pro-Kenny in season one ( minus dropping Ben). He was smart enough to not let the whole group pass at onc… moree knowing that an ambush could be waiting. But if you think about it Luke and Clem were already in danger. They were on a bridge with a guy with a rifle. I think Luke found a smart way to deal with the hand he was delt but at the same time was ready. He didn't want to force the situation into a more dangerous one by instantly pulling his gun. Plus I think he knew Clem wasn't "normal" after the shed . Haven't really known him long enough yet to be sure. But you gotta admit Kenny acts way quicker than Luke. I feel like if was Kenny on the bridge instead of Luke there would have been some sort of Mexican standoff. Kenny sees gun, so he points his gun and Mattew has no a option but to point his in self defense. Eventually Kenny shoots Mattew. Bottom line Kenny will act fast with plans that are pretty good. … [view original content]
Yep Kenny has good plans almost all the time and would defend Clem to the death (unless she disagreed with him lol jk). Like seems good to me just haven't had enough time to be 100% sure.

Right now I would day Kenny because he was my mentor's best friend and the father of my friend Duck. But Luke also seems like a good person and I know that if we give him time he will do something good for Clem like risking his life to save her or something like that.
Kenny ofcourse...what a question!
I have a funny idea how this choice could work out. Lets say Carver is letting you decide who of those … more2 he is gonna kill. We all know Carver is an evil and manipulating man and he would do anything to reach his goals. What if he would kill the person you were trying to save? For example you decide to save Kenny, so Carver decides to kill him instead of Luke. That would be a unexpected and shoking experience!
The pizza is tastier and lasts longer!
Seriously though, if it comes down to it I'll probably end up pausing the game and sit there for like an hour contemplating (and not reaching a decision). I'm actually not that much of a Kenny fan, but the decision would be really hard on Clementine so I guess some serious thinking will be needed with me attempting to stand in her shoes!
Kenny and pizza, but only if it's pepperoni. Otherwise, it's going to have to be Luke and the ice cream, but only if it's rocky road ice cream. If it's not, then I'll have to go with Kenny and the cheese pizza.
First of all, this choice would be choosing between my second and third favorite living characters (hell, even out off all characters) from both seasons. And all formats.
Where to begin. This choice would destroy me, for a start.
I would consider myself a Kenny fan. I admired his devotion to family and his willingness to keep on going. In the end, he came with me to help find Clem in episode 4. I really only disagreed with him about the meat locker and dropping Ben. And if I'm being honest, I would want Ben dead if he killed my entire family, deliberately or not. In Kenny's shoes, I would have killed him. In a weird way, Kenny was like a brother to Lee. They saved each other's lives more than once. In a weird way, this would make Kenny like Clementine's uncle. He clearly cares for her wellbeing, as he refused to take the shot after I took Alvin's place (on the subject, Carver needs to pay for pistol whipping Clem in the stomach).
Now on to Luke.
Before you even see his face, he saves Clementine's life (the first thing you see his his machete).
He carried her out of the woods. (Yeah he dropped her, that point has been talked to death).
He backed me up in front of the group when I asked him too.
He backed me up in private during the cabin meeting.
He offered her food when she was wounded, tired, and starving.
He offered her the security of a roof over her head (not his fault it didn't last that long).
Clementine has saved his life in the latest episode, which solidifies their friendship.
More than anyone else in the cabin group, he cared about her wellbeing from the start.
To top all of that, he's like me in a lot of ways. If you give him blue eyes, make him a bit younger, remove the southern accent, and make him a bit less of a daredevil, you basically have me. I'd probably make a lot of the same choices he made over season 2.
While this is subject to change, I'd have to go with Luke. This choice would wreck me and Clementine emotionally, but at least Luke would be there to console her. He's like her older brother.
If you think about it, its a choice between a good uncle and a good brother. The brother character (Luke) is closer than the uncle (Kenny).

You know what would be really interesting? Say in Episode 5, you and the group are on the run from Carver and you get kidnapped or something. Then Carver has you in a room and directly tells you that you get to choose who to dies and who lives, Kenny or Luke. You as Clementine would have to choose directly who dies and who lives so for example, if you saved Kenny, Luke would die knowing that you rather have Kenny then him, vice versa. Both of their lives would be in a little girls hands. It would be the first time that something like this happened in the series.
As much as that would be cool, there would have to be a reason why carver would do that. Doing that would only lead to resentment from Clem and the one remaining survivor. They would both care about Clem, so even if Kenny and Luke full on hate eachother, they would be angry at carver for putting her in that position.

I'd pick Kenny right now, but i would have doubts about it... I think telltale sees that many people kind of "gave up " on Kenny so in the next episode they will make him even more likeable than he is now, and then Luke will come back and they're gonna work together... All in order to make our lives more miserable when it comes to that moment when we have to choose
What would people do if the choice was between Chrisa and Kenny?, I think i would choose Kenny over Luke but the choice between Kenny and Christa would be harder.

I believe Kenny is the pizza and Luke is the ice cream
Pizza Kenny and Ice cream Luke...YUM
Yum indeed ;D
I already made one choice Kenny didn't like, I might as well go with Luke now.
Hah, good one. :P
OMG im dreading this situation, I dont want ANYONE to die lol ......
Hey Blindsniper, you know whats going to happen right? would a few benjimans and some appletini's loosen your tounge?
Well, we mods are only community volunteers so we don't get that kind of info, sadly.
However, I'll happily take those Benjamins off your hands for safe keeping as a token of appreciation for moderating the forums. :P

Omg what a brilliant and mindblowing idea. I love it!

Hah! I chose Kenny and pizza too. I even said pepperoni. lol. Great minds think alike.![;) ;)](https://community.telltalegames.com/resources/emoji/wink.png)
Well, Luke is southern.
Risking his life to save Clem... I love this prospect...
Kenny hands down. Who can say no to that 'stache?
That's such a good opinion, thank you. I think I'll use your last phrase in this thread's introduction![:) :)](https://community.telltalegames.com/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Thanks!
Someone with a human hair allergy? Is that even a thing?
yeah but for now i think luke is more the cousin than the brother maybe it'll change in the next episode
idk but i know there is a phobia about it

Fear of hair? Man thats messed up...
That would tear me up inside out![:( :(](https://community.telltalegames.com/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
If you picked Kenny then Kenny would give you shit for giving up and playing Carver's game.
And Kenny would be right, as always.

Luke all the way. Sorry Kenny your behind Luke, Omid:( and Christa. :P
Luke, Omid and Christa would all be chosen before I picked Kenny :P Don't hate Kenny but I'm not a fan either. :P
Bump.
It wouldn't even cross my mind to save Kenny. Luke always.
