Are we the new Ben...?
Okay.. think about this for a sec...
Are we the new Ben? think of what he did exactly..
Clem hasn't mentioned the virus being in all of us to this group yet.. while yes, it's possible they know, are we sure they DO know? They might find out when it's too late...
Ontop of that ,certain choices can make us ben... not looking for Kenny for help againts carver... not TELLING anyone about the people coming for us till it was too late etc... I feel like telltale is turning us into the person some of us hate. (Me not included in that list of course..)

What? I refuse to be called The Walking Liability!
I/She shut down a wind turbine. We have surpassed Ben's capabilities ten fold.
It's two years into the ZA, I'm fairly sure this is common knowledge, and if it comes down to it Clem will tell them when the information is actually relevant. You expect her to tell them everything she has learned over the seasons? That's a lot to cover.
I was rather upset by the lack of upset with the group following them, but I give my disappointment to the game rather than Clem.
Clementine is very smart.
Well, Omid's death was our fault =/
If Clem just threw half of the can of beans on the floor, the dog wouldn't attack, and, we wouldn't have to be locked in a shed...
Eh.. not really. A large portion of Luke's group knew about the lights Clem saw from up on the tower, so the responsibility doesn't just fall on Clem for that. Plus you also have an option to tell Walter that you think there are people coming after you.
I'm not sure how not looking for Kenny is a bad thing. Going after Kenny doesn't really change the overall outcome of the situation. At the time of making the decision to come out of hiding, you're doing it to potentially save Carlos. If you go out to look for Kenny, Alvin and Rebecca don't come out of hiding until later, and Carlos is in pretty rough shape at that point. He easily could have been killed, and is lucky Rebecca and Alvin finally gave in.
Luke's group seem to be very intelligent. If we're to assume they're part of carvers group for a while, its quite possible none of them died before luke "led them away" and it stayed that way for quite a while. If we're to follow this, then the first death they probably encountered in their group was Pete. They also seem to not know that amputation saves you from becoming a walker as Clementine had to inform Pete of this...
With Pete dead, they had no idea of it's "not the bite that does it" as he was shot anyway. We'd of had plenty of time to tell them things but because of the lack of hub area's, we dont have that chance and the game just skips massive amounts of time within a few seconds.
That's one of the things I hated. And even if most of the group knew, Clem, or the the others, didnt tell the lodge survivors so she's keeping even more info back. While I suspect Kenny informed his group about hte zombie thing.. I doubt Clem has.
We'd of been better off if Clem just TOLD them..
I don't get why Clem gets blamed for Omid's death. If Christa and Omid were stupid enough to not keep a watch its their own fault. Plus having Clem go into the separate bathroom by herself was stupid. If they had all stuck together nothing would have happened. Careless mistake by the whole group.
Wasn't my fault. I was clicking that gun like crazy once I saw it on the sink because I figured a zombie was going to jump out of the vent and eat me.
Telltale isn't very good at pretending to player agency.
DON'T EVEN COMPARE THEM.
We don't know if the group knows, but it's 2 years into the apocalypse and they are still alive. So we can assume that they know or should know by now.
Blasphemer!
We don't know how long the group has been gone from Carver's camp. Even if Pete is their first death, which isn't inconceivable, that doesn't say much. Plus it wasn't her doing that Pete was bit, directly or indirectly. Pete was the first to bring up amputation as a viable option for Clementine. The group we are with actually doesn't seem that intelligent, but that's a different battle.
I agree with the lack of hub areas, but that speaks little about Clem's character.
Again after two years this knowledge is probably well known by the vast majority of survivors. At this point it is like telling the group that you need to shoot them in the head. It's redundant and unnecessary.
That's dumb.
I do think Omid's death was more his own and Christa's faults.
I mean, she did give Lee flak for bringing Clem into an empty train station ALONG with him back when they first met in EP4.
And then she goes and does something even worse : sends Clementine on her OWN into an abandoned, unknown building, so she can have some alone time with Omid.
I still love them, though.
Same here, I was just staring at the screen for a while frustrated that I couldn't pick up the gun, when Omid specifically had said to keep an eye on your things. T_T
I think it's a terrible comparison between Clem and Ben, first off I told everyone about the people following us and went to find kenny, so in that respect if you chose not to do them then YOU are the ben not clem. More importantly though, clem actually helps out when she is needed and at least tries to defuse tense situations not to mention the fact the she has proven to be tough and creative by sewing up her arm and saving lukes ass. Ben was worthless, he literally did nothing good, several people died because of his stupidity and he never once tried to step up and help with anything unless someone demanded that he did it.
Clem never removed the axe from the door >.>... nuff said.
(?) Stevean2 will remember that
Clem screws up a few times, like anyone (specially a child), but she's also pretty useful and badass. She broke into the cabin, stitched her own arm and killed a walker twice her size in melee combat. She saved Luke and possibly Pete. She managed to get Nick and Alvin spared (albeit indirectly). She has killed more walkers in a minute of gameplay than Ben in all of season 1. So, no, she's nothing like Ben. In fact, she more useful than almost any other character we've met in season 1 and season 2, even if you fuck up in every single choice you make.
We all have to remember Clem is a little girl. Lee is gone and cannot help us. She is taking from what she (you) think is best.
Amputation works if done quick enough. And I'm pretty sure they know about everyone becoming zombies. Hard not to at that point.
Ben turned on a train back in Episode 3, or at least he laid down the foundations for it to be made operational through deactivating the breaks
(?) Edward Norton doesn't agree with you.
I don't get why Omid didn't have the rifle with him. He was going in there first after all.
I thought we deactivated the breaks?
Didn't Nick have to put his mom down? Id assume they had been a group then to because when Nick said "we all know what happens when you get bit" It seems only obvious that they've lost at least two people. The one who was bit that bit Nicks mom.
(?) Everyone will remember everything.
He pointed them out and pressed the button, Lee was skeptical about the breaks and thus he did nothing until Ben pressed the button, deactivating the breaks.
