Dilemma! what should I do?

edited March 2014 in The Walking Dead

So here's the deal....

At the end of A house devided I surrendered and tackled carver thus saving Alvin..

Then I noticed in a preview of the next episode Kenny would be upset with Clem, because she gave up so quickly, I really didnt like this Idea of kenny being upset with clem...So I started thinking... and it is not what I would have done in real life.. I would have fought the f*ckers untill there really was no other option...

So I restarted the last part and this time I went to Kenny and told him to take the shot at Carver thus killing Alvin....

I dont like the Idea of a dead Alvin either...

But these are the two options I have to choose between to set my mind at ease..

So what should I do? Or better what suits Clem? What do you think is the best option (of these two) for the story.

If you tell Kenny to not take the shot Carver won't kill Alvin.

To answer your question I prefer going out to find Kenny, I don't like following a madman's orders.

Sometimes you must surrender a battle to make sure you don't lose the war.
That's why i told Kenny to not shoot at anybody. And i don't care if he blames me for that.

  • Go with your initial choice, it's not genuine otherwise. If Kenny has an issue with your choice it's his problem not yours.

  • If I choose to go out with Kenny, and will tell him to take the shot. So it is either surrender and keep Alvin alive or go with Kenny and try to kill carver but instead Alvin will get killed.

Good point on not taking orders from a madman though!

  • Good point...

  • It depends really. I left to find Kenny and Luke but I half expected him to kill Carlos so I was going "Nope what am I doing nope oh no"

Also if you really want to change your decisions to being perfect (which I dont reccomend) Go find Kenny and just tell him not to shoot

= Happy Kenny and living Alvin

  • Kenny is feeling guilty about getting Walter killed, so he shifts the blame. What else is new?
    Fuck Kenny.

  • Don't change your initial playthrough. While you can I don't suggest it, sort of ruins the illusion of choice matters. I'm fine with Kenny being angry. I gave up and we all lived, er, most of us. Live to fight another day as they say. Kenny can either see this, or shut up.

  • You should go with your initial choice, otherwise, you will spoil the purpose of the game. For this gameplay,go with this choice, and maybe you can act differently in a different gameplay.
