Well, I'm Australian, but my favourite character from Escape From Monkey Island was Ozzie Mandrill, so I mixed the two there, and the Monkey part...well, that's pretty obvious now I use it everywhere, so if you see that username posting stuff in other places (GOG, AdventureGamers and Mojo for example), then it's probably me
Well my name is Max and I'm legally blind. My circle of friends know me as Blind Max (that circle of friends has another Max in it). It's also a play-on-words, since I play Hold'Em and 'Big Blind' is a poker term.
So I was like 8 years old and I was trying to play this cartoon network online game, FusionFall, and I wanted to come up with a nice name, but I couldn't think of anything.
Suddenly, it came to me like an epiphany: Green Groove. I liked cause green is my favourite color and Groove is such an inherently fun word. Plus, there was the alliterative bonus, I kept playing fusionfall and I still use that same username for a number of other things
