So i was thinking... (Season 2 Episode 2 Spoilers)

edited March 2014 in The Walking Dead

In season one it is possible to leave Duck in the woods. In season 2, When ken comes back, he appreciates what Lee did for duck if he shot him or told kenny to shoot him. But what if you left him? I was wondering what he would say about Lee if they did. This is also my first post and i was just wondering if anyone had tried this.

No, it's not possible. It's true you can take your time before shooting him, but leaving him is not an option. I agree it would've been interesting to see Kenny's reaction to that though. Although I'm pretty he wouldn't have agreed to that.

Edit: Ignore this, I'm a dumbass..... It happens.

You couldn't just leave Duck there anyway. He was bitten and dying and nobody would want Duck to have turned into a walker. The most humane thing to do was to put him out of his misery.

Man, I found it so hard to have to shoot him. I didn't want Kenny to have to do that. No parent should have to shoot their own kid. :(

Why does it have season 2 episode 2 spoilers in the title, when we are talking about something that happened in season 1?

  • Ok..... I'll take it all back. I didn't know this was actually possible. Thanks, I guess.

  • We can leave him on the woods...

  • Actually when you say to Kenny to shoot he goes there and prepare when he aims at Duck if you stay silent he'll say he can't do it and will leave Duck to turn.

  • Yeah I didnt know either. Each time I've played it, I've always decided that Lee or Kenny should shoot him.

  • Same thing here. I don't know about you, but I'll definitely start doing a "mostly silent" save from now on:).

  • i agree, it would be horrible to leave him there, but i was just curious. I put the spoiler on there because i was talking about when he came back in season 2 and talks about what Lee did for Duck. I didn't want to spoil Kenny's return for people who haven't played the episode yet.

  • I could never actually do this myself, even if it would be part of an alternate timeline in a fictional universe, it would be wayyyy too messed up for me to deal with for the rest of my life.

I will solve the mystery for you guys, i tryed it out and Kenny will tell you that Lee helped him do the right thing! (instead of Lee toke care of it) There are only this 2 options...

  • Huh, i would think he would surely say something about it. Thanks for the answer though.

Yeah, even if you do not like him, like some people do, i think it would be horrible to not show sympathy and let him suffer. I felt so bad when i tested it, i almost couldnt do it, it was so sad.
