What bothered me is that Fraser wasn't giving a fuck the whole episode, when Nick died in his playtrough he was like ''Meh''.
Also how he kept complaining about the Cabin group, he has to be the only let's player that i've seen not to like them.
I loved "All That Remains" but I will admit that I did wish it was a wee bit longer and progressed the story a bit further.
Episode 2 on the other hand was fucking fantastic!! I have absolutely no complaints about it. I thought the length was good, the quick-time events kept me in full suspense, and they managed to make me give a shit about all of the cabin survivors. Rebecca was a bitch, but they made me like her in this episode. They made Carver's presence something to be feared in episode one and in episode two, holy shit he's such a badass!!
The complaint about making Clementine do everything. Okay, I will admit that I found it a bit silly that everyone was okay with her shutting down the windmill by herself...
...until she pulled out a lighter to see better and used a key to turn it off. Besides, no one made her turn it off. SHE volunteered. In fact, this should be a good thing. She's proven that she's capable of doing certain tasks with any help. The noise was attracting walkers and the others had to fend them off.
Every time you make something good, there are always two different people: the many who praise it for what it's good at and the few who think they know everything.
At the end if ep 1 which would you choose go out on your own or travel with a group it all matters if you believ in strength in numbers
I love kenny but let's be honest he wasn't trying to be friendly either
What would you do if you were them talk to them yourself or let somebody he knew from the past and was a good friend do it
Last but not least what is there to talk about pete it was pretty easy to assume that carver did it all they could really do is move on and honor him
i think the whole season has just felt like it's been missing stuff. episode one doesn't give a good reason for clem to bother staying with … morethese people, episode 2 has areas that should have been explored more or were just thrown in to break up the cutscenes and let you do something more than talk, and even then the choices don't really let you completely express yourself in a way that affects the playthrough. this season just lacks same sort of coherent flow of season 1. as for season 2 specifically, nobody mentions anything about pete being dragged out of the truck and shot, the windmill scene was ridiculous (first letting a young girl try to shut it off in the first place, second is how easy figuring it out was. the ignorance of these people for the sake of giving clem something to do truly worries me), the cabin group doesn't even try to be friendly with kenny's, save for sarah, and puts all the repsonsibility of talking to kenny's side o… [view original content]
I agree. Here are some suggestions in case you haven't checked them out : ZackScottGames, TheradBrad, Tryhardninja, gamermd83, the girl from aus, angelarts. You may not like all of them but Im sure you'll find something.

I agree. There are some good LPers out there but she's one of the few who are emotionally invested in games. I also like the Super Gaming Bros because they're incredibly hilarious imo, I just wish they played more current/popular games. They've only uploaded S1E1 so far, but it's worth seeing for the laughs.

you sir have earned my like I totally agree this season is awesome only complaint is like you said I wish ep.1 progressed the story more. one other gripe is how is it that none of the adults could turn off the transformer you only had to turn a key lol

looking at who she'd be with, i just think it'd take alot more convincing to decide that staying with a group of people that have dropped, shot at, talked down to, discussed killing, locked in a shed, and threatenedly me repeatedly is in my best interest. it's possible with some monologueing from clem, they may have managed to make it work, but seeing people attack your friend and caretaker who then chase you down and try to take you wherever by force, nearly drowning to get away from them, being attacked by a seemingly nice dog, and then attacked by walkers doesn't make me think i need people, it just means there's alot of shit out there trying to kill me. then episode two hits, and while you can try to hold a grudge, and people "will remember that", nothing really comes from it beyond an immediate angry outburst or a disappointed/hurt frown, like you're the bad guy with no reason to dislike these people. sure, you're traveling with a doctor, which when said like that sounds great, but carlos fails as a person, imo. he can't tell the difference in lacerations, is overprotective to a fault, and couldn't figure out how to shut down the windmill and left it to a little girl. these are warning signs. he may have been a nurse, since they're trained to take care of simple wounds, but i refuse to believe this guy was a qualified doctor. then you throw in that there's a guy chasing after them for a reason they refuse to talk about, and has now shown that he's willing to fuck up anybody that stands in his way, and about the only thing this group is missing is a big danger sign painted daily in fresh blood.
as for dealing with kenny, do you think he'd expect clem to just start getting curious about how many people they have, how defensable their is lodge, how many weapons do they have, and who among them is a decent shot? that's not talk to push on a kid just because she knows one of these people, and would raise some massive red flags for kenny and his group if she tried.
there was just something about the way pete died that didn't seem right.consider how carver dealt with carlos, walter, and alvin,. all from behind them, then look at how they cleared out the walkers that were attacking. they didn't care about noise or drawing more, they slaughtered them all, and if you think the group killed at the river was done in by carver and his group, that would explain why they were all shot up with bullet holes everywhere, but the things around the van weren't shot up, and neither was pete. they were all done in clean, which isn't how i see carver acting. it felt more like somebody from the cabin had found pete and killed him to save nick from the pain of seeing him bitten and/or turned, or just so that they wouldn't go through the same trouble they did with the guy that killed nick's mom, pete's guts being ripped out is the only odd thing in that scenario. this could be part of why luke had such a guilty conscience and worried about telling walter the truth about matthew. if some or all were in on it save clem, sarah, and nick, that would explain why none really did anything while clem checked around. hell, no1 even bothered to check the contents inside the van, or test the battery. that's what i mean about there being more to it. as untrusting as they are, not a one of them even said so much as "who do you think could have done this?" and then have a telling stare at the asker and/or pete. clem's the one that mentions he couldn't have done it himself since he had no bullets, then they decide to move on.
a funny thing to note is that carlos managed to instantly tell he was shot, ignoring the fact that his insides were no longer completely inside, and without needing a closer look.

so, they ran out into the night without flashlights, and clem having a lighter on her person, which she usually keeps in her backpack, is what makes it ok for sarita and carlos to be oblivious? if there was something to figure out, then sure, but this?
sarita: holds up flashlight "oh, this requires a key. oh hey, it's right here." done. what's not to understand about a lock and key?
the game is good, but there are just too many points where it seems to fall short. if you just play the game and dont question what you're doing, it can be pretty awesome, but looking at this from a slightly more realistic angle leaves more to be desired. and that's not even getting into what another topic did about how awesome the aim of carvers' group was. that's taking the realism a little too far, tho was a good point, imo.

to be honest the only people I have seen complaining are the people who bought season 1 when it was fully released and bought season 2 expecting the same thing and now they are just pissed that they don't have the whole game and now people like a certain someone on the steam forums keep complaining about every little thing about telltale and the game to try and turn off people who are interested in buying it and want the opinions of people who have played it, those people are most likely 12 year olds who got their mums to pay for the game and don't understand how episodic games work and how good story telling games work they think it should be like cod or something but I guess there are probably grown people out there who legitimately don't like certain parts of the game and that is fine but then there are those people who are just hating on it out of anger that all the episodes are not out

oh and forgot to mention that these are also kids who think the game and show are linked together and that Daryl is gonna somehow show up out of no where and protect Clem bloody kids these days man just go back to cod or something please

I don't like him either but those two things are true.
I'm not a fan either.
Im not one of his haters either i just don't care about him :P
He didn't have any light, and Clementine did. I personally would rather have him defending with the others.
True dat. I just hate some of his fan base.
Not sure who I like less Pewdiepie or tobuscus...
Make that a thread!
It'll get raped by the mods instantly lol
You should've seen his 400 Days playthrough with Wyatt. He didn't participate or speak at all. >:[
Good point.
Nevermind!

Always find a way to complain.
Lol I swear you're too much :P
Tobuscus is more childish. Even worse, he faked his tears in the end of season 1. You can clearly see it by how fast he gets back to normal
Lol yeah he stayed silent almost the whole Episode
Both of them are pretty childish, And their fanbases ( Not everybody) makes it even worse and hate each other
At the end if ep 1 which would you choose go out on your own or travel with a group it all matters if you believ in strength in numbers

What an asshole calling his fans trash
Tell me who that is so I will avoid his Let's Play. I cant stand nitpickers.
I like commentaries. I like to hear how other people react to the game. There are some good, enjoyable Let's Plays.
"Farfromsubtle" , The link is in the first page of the discussion if you get curious.

The Girl from Aus is awesome!
I agree bro ! Did you see her reaction to Carley's death and Kenny's return ? Priceless. You should check out the other if you haven't
Yup, I watched all of her TWD videos
Nothing like genuine reactions. Most youtubers out there lack that passion.

Most people do it for the likes and the views more than anything else, and fake their cries at the end lol.

Yep, TobyGames.
Smart guy.
Gamermd83 and angelarts are pretty cool !
Yeah they rock
Have you seen morfar ?
Yeah but Im not really A fan of his. Don't know why people like him that much.
