Could this be a reason for alvin to die soon?
We all know he dies in episode 2, which is determinant. So obviously he's going to die for sure (confirmed by the writer in playing dead). The writer (which is doing a horrible job, IN MY OPINION) said how they'll get to work out their death and presence for 1 or 2 episodes is going to be the struggle.
So anyways.. I think when rebecca gives birth, the baby would come out black (not mixed) and carver would be pissed or something and retaliate by either beating up alvin (as seen in ep 3 preview) or killing him all together.. Which i think either way leads to him dying by that. Or that like the baby comes out to be carver's and he kills himself from shock/depression.
And as for nick, it's probably going to be him fucking up or something not very creative (like in episode 3). I wish telltale lived up to their "choices matter" thing. In all reality, choices really don't matter since characters die no matter what, and we all have the same ending.
So anyways what do you think?

wtf bump ty so hot
I agree. I hate that It doesn't really matter that much cause you already know that Nick and Alvin is going to die eventually.
Everybody is going to die eventually, but there are already four different paths to take:
Nick dies, Alvin lives.
Nick lives, Alvin dies.
Nick lives, Alvin lives
Nick dies, Alvin dies.
That's pretty big if you ask me. Maybe their deaths will continue to be determent through the series.
That would be SWEEEEET!
Horrible job? Really?
Boombox cheerios!
I like Alvin and Nick and Cheese.
Could you please change the title or censor "Alvin"? I dont care but someone could come through who hasnt played ep. 2 yet.
I don't remember him saying this in the playing dead?
no because this title isn't spoiling anything and has a spoiler tag. And if people are STILL visiting twd section without playing ep 2 yet then that's on them.
Yeah, I watched and I am pretty sure that the writer didn't say anything like "We will kill Alvin".
Yes, it's what I've been saying here for some time: All major characters will be determinant until episode 5, maybe even until Season 3...
not directly. he said it'll be hard to keep them alive for a couple of episodes and see how they play off. And plus, that'd be too much endings - telltale doesn't have time for that since they jumped the gun and are working on alot.
That's a lot of assuming. I don't recall him saying actually anything about Nick or Alvin. If you have a time stamp on the video, I'd gladly be proven wrong.
The game is tailored by your choices.
Omg i'm not going back, just rewatch when that guy is talking to the writer. And it was on topic and pretty much directed towards them. Stop being annoying and watch it yourself.
I did go and watch it back, a couple times actually, and I couldn't find the part you were talking about. Since it seems to be a big piece of evidence in your argument/question, I think it is appropriate that you actually provide the source/timestamp of your evidence. And I don't get how saying I couldn't find what you were talking about in the video is annoying.
The title is a spoiler
(?) Vita players will remember that.
I don't think either characters have a lot of time left. Maybe Nick, but that's debatable. The simple fact of them being determinant seems to guarantee their deaths in the near future unless TT is really going for some major branching, and that seems to be kind of a lot. We'll see, though.
Care to say what are your main gripes with the writing? Or is that something best left for another thread?
I think ep 3 will be a test on whether our decisions matter this season.
At best Nick and Alvin can be kept alive (they can possibly die), and we get another determinant character. Also the 400 days cast are at different points depending on what we picked.
At worst Nick and Alvin both die and all they 400 days people are in one place no matter what.
The juice boxes will keep Alvin safe
It's too late...Alvin has killed them all...
Well, excuse my stupidity, read the title wrong. I thought it said "Reasons alvin could have died".
NO IT ISNT STFU
Ooo what's your favorite type of cheese?
I want Nick to continue determinant... FOREVER!
Damn chill out
You can't kill a Juice Box.
Carver kills Alvin because he doesn't know where the fuckin river is.
All jokes aside, I like Nick...Wait....Nick....Rick...omg Nick confirmed for AMC's TWD Season 5
chill out dude
Well, first of all I explained myself in my other post about the spoiler thing, but them being on here without playing ep 2? Dude this forum is very fun and if you havent played ep 2 i would still come on here. Its not on them its people who like to post spoilers in titles and ruin the game. so its not on them
why are you still here? I don't like you, you are now ignored
Well, your nice. And very reasonable. (sarcasm)
yes but the people that hasnt played episode 2 from the second season and read the title will know that Alvin dies
Hmm... it would be hilariously awesome if they continued to just throw out decisions like that, for a character who's already determinant, multiple times...
this might be the most idiotic reply ever, right behind BlueEagleMan.
Anyways, saying that is like saying "don't mention lee's name ever again since ____ <what happens".
But you dragging it and replying THAT reply will give people the slightest idea and hint that'll potentially spoil it for them. Please rethink and use your brain.
nearly 3/4 of the characters will die, shut the hell up.
I think Nick still has enough spirit left in him to make it to episode 4, but Alvin's days definitely look numbered. If Carver holds him accountable for George's death, it's safe to say Alvin will probably be executed before too long.
The best thing Telltale could do for the character, IMO, is to have at least one major scene between him and Clementine; some deep, meaningful conversation before Alvin is hauled off to face the guillotine, so to speak. At this point the player could be granted some further influence on Alvin's fate. His last words could vary depending on what Clem told him.
Its a spoiler for people. Get over it.
Im saving these people just so they die anyway?!
And you base that statement on...? Because for now, all The Walking Dead episodes deaths have been a final death, and if you have the option to make somebody survive a bit more he'll die soon anyways without doing anything important.
