Why are Kenny and Nick so similar
Think about it they have so many similarities
The both wear hats
They have mullets
Short tempered
Both are drinkers
They can be very loyal
Both have facial hair
Care a lot about their family members
And much more

I agree with the curiosity of this post since they are a bit similar, but this response is hilarious.
Anyways, I think that it's because Kenny's back and if Nick lives in Episode 2 then in the coming episodes they will probably be neck to neck with another to add.... DRAMATIC TENSION!
Kenny and Nick both half-cocked, but i think the only reason some folks have made that comparison is because they both wear dingy trucker hats. Kenny is half-cocked because his godlike mustache/beard commands him to be an asshole and that all in its presence must kneel before it - Nick is just a little bitch.
Seriously though - I dont think the characters are similar at all. The only similarities they share is that they are both foil devices in terms of telltales story. Kenny has been written to be obnoxious, but he is also courageous. (to a self destructive degree). Nick is also obnoxious, but it seems like he does most of the things he does so far out of fear.

Um, I don't that they're much alike. I mean, yeah, they wear those trucker hats and they both have a short temper, but outside of that they really aren't that similar.
Some people just look alike. It's not that big a deal. I have seen people who looked more alike than Nick and Kenney do, without being related in any way
I always thought Nick was like a fusion of Ben and Kenny.

What? No, sure Nick may be a bit of screw-up like Ben but at least Nick isn't a complete coward. Nick faces Walter like a man and apologizes, something Ben would never do since he's too scared to do so.
I know Nick has more balls than Ben ever thought of having, Hell I like Nick, But your point is a bit Off-Topic the fact that you have the courage to face the consequences of your mistakes without having to lie or hide it from everyone doesn't mean he's not a bit of a screw up, That's the comparison people make if someone tells me he and Ben are the same on that being-honest category then that's a problem.
I know when you say " on the inside " it sounds a bit confusing but that's basically the only way to compare them if you don't get into details, They are both good guys at heart that have an uncanny ability to fuck things up. Everyone compares Them so Im assuming they're not talking about the outside and their appearance.
