Maybe but he seems like he wasnt that interesting. If its just the protaganists plus only people who can definatley survive I wont mind too much as long as the people who do appear are a little different due to our actions.

I thought Leeland died, in 400 days im pretty sure i saw him lying on the ground in the cornfield, again im not sure cos its been a while since i saw the credits, ill check it out in youtube
Seeing as he can either die or ditch Bonnie, I doubt we'll see him again. It seems his only purpose is to serve as an influence for Bonnie's future decisions.

If you considered Eddie from Wyatt's Story a small character then it's been rumored (with some evidence) that he and Clementine cross paths in Episode 4-"Amid The Ruins". If you look closely at the people behind Clem, the one wearing a hoodie looks like Eddie.
I know this is kinda off topic but I read that the screen for amid the ruins changes depending on who came with you in 400 days
