Kenny kills Luke! Wohoo!!! Here's my take on what happened.
Kenny: "Luke there's the transformers over there. Can you fix it while I cover you?"
Luke: "Sure. No problem. Hey Kenny, before I go, I want you to know that I'm aware that we may have our differences and you may not like me, but from what Clem has said about you. You're a good man with a troubled past." Looks down "I know what that's like. Anyways, if Clem can trust you, then I can trust you too." Looks back up with a smile
Kenny: Smiles back "Yes you can trust me now go to the transformers and fix it while I cover you from the walkers."
Luke runs over to the transformers in order to repair it. Kenny draws his rifle, points it at Luke and...

I don't think he killed Luke he has no reason to kill him, he saved Ben from a horrible death and had lots of reasons to kill him but Luke? Nah maybe he got surrounded by walkers or something but I'm pretty sure he will come back as a hero

Kenny didn't kill Luke, because there hasn't been sufficient time to create a power struggle which you are forced to take sides in that alters the course of your friendships. They wouldn't bring Kenny back, start another power struggle, have a new boat mission, and then kill Luke off-screen. Kenny's story has to go full circle, and Luke is now in the position of Lilly. I expect there to be a whole lot more turmoil between the two.

Na! That would be too much like season 1 which would be repetitive. Best way to develop Kenny's character even more is to kill Luke.

He might be Jealous of Clementine, right, but i don't think he could kill somebody just for that. It's Kenny from Season 1 - he might be upset by your choices but he's not a killer.

Well I didn't mean he was going to completely personify Lilly in every way. I meant that he is the new person filling the role as a leader that will have vastly differing opinions from Kenny, and being forced to choose between those two cults of personality will lead to hard feelings.
Kenny: "Listen pal! I won't let you take her away. We have history. She's my family! I won't lose my family again!"
Luke: "What? Are you okay?"
Kenny: "You'll gather your people and leave before sunrise! Clem stays!"
Luke: "Calm down, man. We should ask..."
Kenny: "She stays!"
