Weapon of choice?
If there were a zombie outbreak what weapon would you prefer to use? (It can be anything)
I'd have a sword because it's quiet and long enough to 'kill' zombies without them being able to scratch you with their fingernails.

I'd think a Katana is the smartest weapon of choice. Good range for a melee, it can take out walkers easily, and it isn't loud to distract walkers.

a crossbow obviously I would say gun but crossbows make less noise. if I couldn't get a crossbow a bow and arrow would suffice lol
and probably a dagger I love daggers get some up close and personal with them walkers

No, it's not. It's made for mainly for piercing, not so much for slashing or chopping and thus only good if you can aim at the right places. The only exception is if you are an actual expert with much training and know about the right angle, then of course you can behead them.
A better weapon choice would be a classical European sword, since it is much sturdier than a katana and has the right form to chopping into a zombies skull.

For me, I would use a Metal Baseball bat. Simple, reliable and easy to find.
For melee, I would choose a kitchen knife, useful and you can find it anywhere.
For ranged combat, a .357 would do the trick.

A katana is primarily a slashing weapon, not a thrusting one. It is capable of thrusting, but it's definitely a slashing weapon. European fighting techniques employed the thrust with equal importance to the slash. European or Japanese swords will both easily remove heads with little or no training either way. The European sword isn't exactly anymore sturdy either.
A desert eagle would be serious overkill. You'd be better off with a 9mm or a .45 since ammo would be much more plentiful.
I don't even care, because most of you will die early into apocalypse since you take the weapon choice too lightly.
