I really hate to say it, but Season 1 got really lucky with all those awards, most of the other games were either flops, good but not great,… more or console exclusives, if GTA V or Bioshock Infinite had come out that year instead of being delayed, then it never would have won, not saying the quality is less then those games, just saying there popularity would have crushed it, but we lucked out and that is great. In my personal opinion, maybe it will, the competition is a lot stronger, maybe not as strong as last year but still a force to be reckoned with, if the quality remains the same as episode 2 of season 2, they I give it a chance, but at the very minimum, your going to see a lot of awards going to Melissa Hutchinson again, and probably Micheal Madsen, I will be on its side all the way through.

But yea, as some people here said already, season 2 needs to get more gameplay related stuff and have something really amazing happening in the remaining 3 episodes(which is still possible) if its gonna win anything this year.
Hey Ellias, I came to tell you about if Luke can die on the bridge (since the other thread you asked in was closed), when I did my playthrough when Clem was reaching for Luke twice on the bridge I didn't click anything, but after about 15 seconds the next sequence would start. So otherwise Luke cant die on the bridge.

My money is on Metal Gear Phantom Pain. I love The Walking Dead, but it's just not popular enough. I know alot of people who would rather have shiny graphics and amazing gameplay over a good story.

I feel like it's too intertwined with the Season 1 for it to feel like a fair a win. It's not even so much a "sequel" as it is, well, a second season! I certainly hope it wins awards, but I don't think GOTY is realistic. People would feel like the same game won twice.

I heard that apparently their is a lot of complaints that the finished product looks terrible in comparison to the vertical slice from E3 2012.
To be fair i did enjoy TWD season more than GTA 5 and Bioshock infinite i think its a better game. Not that it means anything

I am 100% sure it will win a GOTY award there is dozens of companies that give out awards all filled with people with different opinions.

Season 3 wins GOTY in 2015-2016 as long as the entire team works in Season 3 alone and not 4 games at once.
I think its too early to say if it will GOTY but it will win some awards like best adventure game or voice acting.

It better, ive never seen a game 1/8 as good as TWD and I dont believe its possible for any game to be half as good and none ever will be.
