How Episode 3 Should Begin
I'm going by my scenario only:
The Camera shows the group walking by in the order of Carver, Nick, Rebecca, Alvin, Bonnie, Clementine, Sarita, Kenny, Carlos, Sarah, Troy. The group stops. Carver and Bonnie go to scout up ahead while Troy stays to guard the group. Troy hears a rustling noise and a banging noise coming from behind a tree a few feet away. He says "Don't try anything stupid or I'll put you down myself." He goes over to examine it when he gets a Machete shoved through his head by Luke. Behind Luke comes Christa, and Eddie from 400 Days. Christa sees Clementine and runs over to hug her. She than sees Kenny and nearly faints. She runs over to hug him as well. Eddie starts to cut the restraints off of Clementine and the rest. They plan to wait until Carver and Bonnie come back knowing they can easily overpower them. Before they can, a Walker comes out of the forest followed by another, and another before they are piling over each other. Bonnie and Carver run back and start fighting them off. Total anarchy erupts and Luke gets pinned down by a Walker and drops his Machete. Clementine grabs it and is ready to save him when a scream comes from behind her. It's Christa who is also pinned down by a Walker. Who do you save? The guy you've known for a week or the woman who you've known for almost three years and has taken care of you. Whoever you choose survives as the other gets ripped open. They all run towards Carvers camp. The Camera pans down as you see the person you didn't save start to reanimate.

I don't think Christa and Kenny were ever really close enough to hug...
But anyway, I really doubt that it will be that crazy to begin with.
I kinda like it,maybe it should be a choice between them but no so early in the episode...Liked for sure

I agree, lol, that would be way to much at the start. We have a horde, total anarchy, a plot to take Carver out, an important character death, and their reanimation in the first like five minutes. That would be sensory overload.
As for Christa hugging Kenny, I don't think they were that close either, but in some playthroughs the last time they saw each other was when Kenny sacrificed himself to save her. Christa has trust issues, so just seeing a friendly face might be enough to warrant a hug.
If it was like that I would probably choose to save Luke because I like Luke better. I know Christa has been through a lot with Clementine but he is nice and cool and he is better with weapons and so I would rather save Luke.
It's cool but I see that more as far into episode 3 after you've been rescued. But honestly I see the whole ep being at Carvers community, ep 4 at another opposing comminty and at the end a huge battle and the final episode clem and a few others moving on
Christa. She took tare of Clem, by herself, for 16 months. In addition to loosing her husband and baby. My main goal in the game, besides surviving the immediate threat of Carver, is to find Christa.

Judging by Troy's expressions when Carver does things like shoot Walter and torture Carlos, it looks like he doesn't really like what Carver's into. Maybe both he and Bonnie will help the group later on, because they'll need the help of more than one person on the inside to escape. I expect he'd be a bit controversial though, and will help only if the group agrees to take him with them. Letting him come would be frowned upon by the group, leaving him behind would lead to his death - someone who just helped you escape (or something.)

I don't think he gave two shits about torturing Carlos and Walter's death . He is just a lap dog and he'll probably die in the next episode
I'd like to see Carver and his prisoners arrive at the compound during a howling blizzard. After all, they mentioned twice in episode 2 that a storm was heading towards the ski lodge. That little plot detail should be addressed.
If the 400 Days cast is there they can help.
Well, it would mainly be shock. Plus, if you left Ben in Crawford he saved her life. Regardless, it would be hood to see someone who you thought was dead and was a friend.

After that they arrive at the Compound as it starts to snow. Guarding the door are: Andre Mitchell(he was the cop from Season 1 who appeared if you left at night. Just a little Easter egg.), Leland(only if you saved him), a new character Logan and another new character Dave. Clementine is crying due to the death of Luke/Christa. If Christa died only Kenny and Clementine will be really upset. If Luke died everyone except Kenny will be upset.

Johnny seemed like the biggest lapdog there. He never really looked concerned with what Carver did (and probably endorsed it) while Troy's default expression was 'nervous' and Bonnie looked regretful about 99% of the time.
Interestingly, if you line up Troy with a shadow on Amid The Ruins, it matches
