Stitching Clementines Arm

I play on PC. I hold down the left mouse button, the arrow -> appears, I drag my mouse that way and nothing happens. Is there any other way to do this besides mouse dragging? I don't know why it isn't working. I have no mouse issues, my cursor flys across my screen fine any other time. I tried dragging slow, fast, and medium. Any one else having this issue? It is really frustrating. I also tried pushing the -> arrow key to see if I could circumvent it doing that. NOTHING WORKS. I'm very frustrated. Any help would be appreciated.

    I know this is a bit late to reply, but I appreciate your reply. Yes, I was. Eventually I restarted the game and it worked fine, must have been a glitch.?.
