Clem saying "fuck" ?!

edited March 2014 in The Walking Dead

Now as far as I can recall, Clementine has never said "fuck" once.
When do you think it'll happen for the first time? My bet is on Episode 4.

I hope that when it happens, everyone just pauses and looks at her funny and she is like "what?"

  • she might say it...

  • Now that'd be pretty hilarious, I must say.

  • If she does, she is getting soap in her mouth.

Shit is fine when it's occasional. It's understandable when she is attacked by walkers or surprised by something. Other than that...

  • OH NOES, A SWEAR. Goddammit, it's a post-apocalyptic society, no one really cares anymore.

  • Well, we aren't savages, are we?

  • Yes, it's bound to happen at some point. It's a miracle she hasn't said the word yet considering how many times she heard it.

  • I have to say, I don't care either way. I would be a horrible parent.

  • Yup, exactly what I thought. But I'm convinced she'll drop the F-bomb this season.

  • Perhaps after all the shit goes down and whoever's with her starts arguing with each other and she gets fed up with it and just shouts "Shut the fuck up." That'd get them to shut their mouths and look at her I'd bet.

I don't know, as shown when Alvin said "Motherfucker..." she still doesn't like when people swear, but I could only imagine her using "fuck" if she is telling somebody off big time.

  • that would be AWSOME!

WELL she has said sh*t 2 times already and a**hole already (if you picked it)

so I hope when It happens she could be in a fight with someone and you can tell clem to say like: SHUT THE F**** UP. or something like that.

or if we had to deliver the baby, right b4 clem does it she just drops the f bomb all over the walls.

that would be cool and funny, I think id be ok if she were to curse sometimes when necessarry, but not like ellie.

  • Agreed. A little swear like "shit" carefully placed can make a scene pretty funny.

  • I don't want a 11 year old saying that.

  • Speaking from personal experience, are we?

  • I think if she does get to drop an F-bomb, it would be determinant. Like that Holy S*** option during the Kenny reveal. It would be hilarious to see [F*** you] as a dialogue option. If that happens, I would probably pick it just to see the reaction of the other characters.

  • What about on the bridge?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but even if you don't tell Clem it smells like shit in Hershel's barn(if you do she says "Oh shit" instead of "Oh shoot" in E1 when the water bottle rolls away), then she'll at least say "shit" on the bridge when fighting the walkers. No way to avoid it.

  • Maybe she'll take after my Lee and tell Kenny to go fuck himself after another one of his dick moves.

  • You might get your chance in Episode 3. I assume you know if you surrendered in Episode 2, the trailer shows he's mad at you.

  • I was also kind of angry/annoyed at that as well. ._.

  • There is a way to avoid it, actually.

Just fail the QTE where she gets up to say 'shit', only this time, she gets up without saying anything.

  • Still, it's just really our choice whether she swears or not. ._.

I've only managed to get as far as the drugstore as "Asshole Lee" without just feeling like a horrible person, quitting, and deleting my save. It's just such an unenjoyable experience for me to be mean to other people, even though they're just characters in a story. I'd rather watch someone else do it on youtube or something.

  • I feel bad for laughing at this now... but still lol.

  • If she sweared a lot, there goes the rest of her sweetness

  • I just realized I said it was "enjoyable"... I've edited that now.

Well, what I managed to get out of it was that I was a good person, so... Yeah, I guess so.

  • Count me in on this my friends... It's just an impossibility to me :C

  • I dunno, but I want to hear her say it like: "Shiiiiiiit."

I don't think that's necessarily so. Maybe he only says that if you choose a dialogue choice blaming him for Walt's death.

    I can see it now.

    Clem says fuck.

    Sarah says swear.

  • Clem:Kenny, how the fuck did you survive Savannah?

    Lee's Ghost:Swear
