HELP!!! (Technical issue)

So I'm playing TWD for the five billionth time, but when I go to start episode three, there's a black screen with only the cursor. There's also a bit of audio, but it seems I cannot play it. Is this a common problem, or what's wrong?

    Try rewinding. This has happened to me before. Instead of continuing, rewind to the closest chapter.

    Tried rewinding to last chapter of episode 2. Replayed, but episode 3 still didn't work. :/

    The only thing i can think of is copying all of your TWD files onto your computer then uninstalling and reinstalling the game, I did this and it fixed alot of bugs.
