How do you see these characters in season 3?

How do you see Kenny, Luke, Nick, and Clementine in season 3?

From personality.
Physical appearance.
And skills set.

Incidentally, I see the group striking out for Wellington.
Doing so on foot.
I also see the 3rd season picking up a month or three after the 2nd season ends.

KENNY.
I see him leading the group. With Kenny's driven spirit, I see the group making good progress on their journey.
He is also the groups best marksman and hunter.

He has become slightly more patient, but still gets angered, and gets confrontational at times.
He is still recovering from his family's death, but is now much more grounded then in season 2.
His relationship with Sarita and Clementine is still strong, and together they have proved to be a powerful healing element for him.

His attitude of strangers has mellowed somewhat, though he won't hesitate to kill one if they threaten the group.

LUKE.
I see Luke becoming Kenny's right hand man.
Despite their initial disagreements, after they first met, those have since been resolved, and they now have become friends since then.

Luke is the best man, when it comes using melee weapons.
Even though he can shoot, he prefers to get up close and personal.

Luke has matured even more since season 2.
He has a healthy caution of strangers, yet is still willing to try to help.
Even though he to is driven like Kenny, Luke is very much concerned about the groups moral, and will often try to boost it in any way he can.

I see Luke wearing a goatee, his hair in a ponytail, and having put on about 20 or 30 lbs, since season 2.

NICK.
I see Nick as a much more capable guy in season 3.
Nick has become the groups second best marksman, as well as the groups second best hunter.
He and Kenny often times go out on hunts and the two have a respect for each other.

Nick and Luke are still good friends.
Though he and Luke disagree at times over the groups safety.

Nick has learned to continue to push on, even though it is still somewhat hard for him emotionally.
He has still maintained his principles, although he will violate them if the safety of the group is at stake.
He still looks pretty much the same since season 2, except for a now having a bushy mustache.

CLEMENTINE.
I see Clementine as having grown 3or 4 inches since season 2, and taking an even more active share in the group, while still serving as a moral compass.
She has learned to handle both a gun and a knife equally well, thanks to training from Kenny and Luke.

She views Kenny as a father, much the same way as she viewed Lee, and Luke as an older brother.
She is fond of Nick, to the point of having a slight crush on him, and often times serves as a comforter when he is feeling guilty about some of the decisions he has made.

How do you see Kenny, Luke, Nick, and Clementine in season 3?

Sadly, I see them as dead (Ken), alive but missing a hand or an eye (Luke), dead (Nick), and alive but traumatised (Clementine).

  • I see everyone dieing but luke and clem

  • I would not allow my Clem to have a crush on Nick! (oh god I can see the Click threads coming)

  • I personally see Luke as a better leader, i don't want another "boat". Besides it is implied that luke is the cabin's group leader so he should have some experience.

  • Why couldn't Kenny or Luke be alive, depending on a determinant choice in an earlier episode?

  • How i see Nick in Season3? Hard question, considering the fact that he already died in my playthough! :D

I see Clem beeing the main protagonist of Season3 once more and i see Kenny beeing on her side. (or Luke, both of them won't survive)

  • Am I the only one questioning how the hell Luke is going to gain 20 to 30 lbs during the zombie apocalypse?

Killing zombies is the best muscle building exercise, duh.

  • Oh, silly me. I thought it was 20 to 30 lbs of fat. It all makes sense now.

  • I can't see them...

    Where are they?

  • Didn't think about that.

  • Clementine will never see anyone as a father figure like Lee did. Especially not Kenny. Kenny's a good man but Clementine knows him and doesn't want to be a reliability of him. Especially with how much Kenny has lost up to now. Clem's emotionally hardened to the extent where she doesn't need looking out for or have a father-figure. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't want to have that type of relationship again after her heart got torn apart by Lee's death. Plus, she's way more dependent on herself now. She's not the little naive girl we knew in the first Season.

Mind you, I think Kenny's brilliant. But he's a flawed man and has done some stupid things. My Lee always had disagreements with him after the whole meat locker incident. Though we still parted in good terms and he helped me go find Clementine. But I still don't want Clem to be influenced by Kenny. I can see a scenario happening later in Season Two where he's trying to protect Clementine to the extent where he doesn't allow Clem to help (say someone got in trouble with a Walker or that).

  • Joking aside gaining 20 to 30 lbs of muscle is impossible when there's barely any food. Especially in 1-3 months like the OP says...

  • I see Kenny and Nick as dead. Luke and Clem alive.

    Reasons
Nick is a determinant character so he will die before the end of the season.
We've had Kenny since S1E1. We loose him to the heard in E4 and come across him again in S2E2 but his mental state is questionable. We played as Lee until the very end - 5 episodes... S2E3 will mark Kenny's 6th... I don't believe he'll be around much longer.
Luke seems to have taken the role as Clem's guardian so I expect him to be alive too at least at the start and hopefully Christa will be back with us by then too. Although having come from S1, she'll probably be first to die in S3.
And ofcourse Clem is Clem. Telltale won't kill her off. In S3 she'll probably take on a bigger teacher-like role like she is with Sarah at the moment.

  • "Nick still looks pretty much the same since season 2, except for a now having a bushy mustache."

God forbid. I hope he's dead before that can happen.

  • Mustache hater huh?
Obviously you're not a Kenny fan.

  • i see everyone dieing :( i love nick but lets face it he's determent as for Kenny i don't want him to die but i got a bad feeling

Only people i see surviving are Clem and Sarah(of the group anyways might see some 400 days characters survive.)

  • Actually I love Kenny. The mustache works for Kenny. Especially with the beard, I like the beard.

    But...

I can't see them... Where are they?

  • You think Sarah and Carlos will make it?

  • no i see carlos dying probably by walking into a door after forgetting how to open it

You think Sarah and Carlos will make it?

I disagree, sort of. I actually think that Clementine could either be the best or worst thing that could possibly happen to Kenny right now. Think about it: Kenny is finally starting to heal. He has a new girl and new friends. It's clear that the poor guy is doing everything in his power to convince himself that's he has moved on. Then Clem arrives. She's a constant reminder of the Motor Inn group, of Hershal's farm, the meat locker, and his old family. Basically, Clem's presence will force Kenny to confront his past. Whether this will be a blessing or a curse, we don't yet know.

  • Goddamn it! Stop poking me!

  • About confronting the past.
If some bad shit has happened, until a person confronts it, accepts it, they will never be able to truly move on.
So hopefully, Kenny will come out on top!

Kenny is not looking for another boat.
At dinner, Kenny mentions about heading up to Michigan, Wellington in specific.

Kenny: "You ever heard of a place called Wellington?"
    Luke: "What's Wellington?"
    Kenny: "A place."
Clementine: "Yes, I was going there with Christa and Omid."
Kenny: "Suppose to be a large camp up near Michigan."
    Nick: "Michigan?"
Kenny: "You got a hearing problem, kid?!! Yeah Michigan!!!"

I personally see Luke as a better leader, i don't want another "boat". Besides it is implied that luke is the cabin's group leader so he should have some experience.

  • I agree with some of that

I just added it, to acknowledge Clementine's coming of age, really.

    Good one.
Along with the cigar in one hand, she's probably also got a jar of moonshine in the other, courtesy of Daryl's shack.

Dead, probably. Except for Clementine, who is now a grizzled, cigar smoking badass.

Well that was kinda of the idea why I chose Nick. To give the idea that possibly not every determent character, even if you save them, will end up dead anyway.
Cause if TT keeps playing that card, people will get sick of it real fast! Not saying I know they will do that for sure, just using common sense if they continually do.

i see everyone dieing i love nick but lets face it he's determent as for Kenny i don't want him to die but i got a bad feeling Only people i see surviving are Clem and Sarah(of the group anyways might see some 400 days characters survive.)

Honestly, I believe Kenny has a long life ahead of him.
Look how long Daryl has lasted on the tv show!
And look at how similar Rick's and Kenny's backgrounds, in the walking dead world are.
Kenny and Clementine will probably be the main characters throughout the entire game series.
Like Rick and Daryl are on the tv show.

I see Kenny and Nick as dead. Luke and Clem alive. Reasons Nick is a determinant character so he will die before the end of the season.

If not a father figure, then what about more of an uncle figure?
And on a personal note, I think Kenny would be a good influence on her.
Especially when you consider someone like Carver influencing her instead.

Kenny could not only teach her how to handle a rifle, but also protect her when there's trouble, cause like it or not, she is still a child, and is still not fully ready to be on her own.
She does need someone to have her back!
Plus, Kenny has still demonstrated his humanity, not to mention loyalty, by trying to save the others when Carver took them hostage.
And we've already seen what lengths Kenny will go to to protect the people he loves!
So I personally think he'd be great for Clementine to have as a guardian.
