Doubt it's Rosita, her character has been useless so far. Then again, looking at the trend they did suddenly actually give her dialogue. As we all know in The Walking Dead, sudden character development is deadly. Eugene just got introduced, is played by a known actor, and while the show and the comics are different, I don't think they're going to have a huge character in the comics die in half a season in the show.

I think Carl. From the pictures I've seen Rick looks destroyed so I am guessing he has lost someone I doubt they would kill off Michonne so my money is on Carl ........Of Course the other thought that crossed my mind was Rick get bit? maybe but I doubt they would Kill Rick off at least right now .

I know Kirkman likes to be edgy with the TV show, but I think even he knows there's too much untapped potential in Carl to kill him off just yet.

I wonder if they're going to have a bunch of support character deaths (Sasha, Bob, Eugene, Rosita, etc.) or one major death, like Hershel in the mid-season finale. I am still not over that.
Well, he shoots Shane, 6 Saviours in Negan's quarters and 2 Saviours in the war. He also survived 2 gunshots and many other dangerous situations. Even Negan admits that Carl is kind of scary, and something like that out of Negan's mouth is proof enough that he is badass. Or do you know any other kid besides those children in warzone Africa who are capable of doing stuff like Carl?
dunno why everyone thinks he is badass. He is just less childish/more gloomy. He does some impressive things for his age, but badass? Maybe I just have a different definition of badassery...
She followed the bus because she knew Glenn was on it, and she had at least a chance of finding someone she loved. When he wasnt on it and n… moreot one of the zombies around it, that gave her hope of finding him. She has no idea what if anything happened to Beth, if she is dead or alive, and no idea how to find out. Up to this point, she's been moving determinedly forward. That doesnt mean she hasnt been mourning in her heart but right now she and everyone else is focused on surviving right now. They dont have the time to indulge in their grief. We know she loved her father so you cant deny she is mourning him, she is just putting those feelings aside for now so they can focus on doing what they have to do.
Tyreese girlfriend that Carol killed off was pretty big character from what I recall. I personally can't even remember the names of those 2 that are with Maggie, if they die I wouldn't cry much, especially that odd guy with drinking problem.

Of the choices you listed, Carl and Rick are safe at this point. I think Rick will die at some point, but since he is the main character, it would have to be when hes still in control of the group so that it has more significant impact, right now hes only with Carl and Michonne. Carl really just cant die, hes basically the legacy of the group.
Michonne might die, given her budding happiness and it would give Carl more to grieve about, since theyve been spending so much time together.
Maggie also seems possible, since she reunited with Glenn and they burned her picture, which would make her death more poignant.
I dont think Bob will die, since hes been very slowly been gaining more screen time and characterization, I think theyre trying to ease him into the main cast. His death wouldnt have a whole lot of impact if he did die.
Rosita and Eugene, seems like Rosita might die based on the way shes presented in the show, I doubt theyd kill Eugene though
This is what I have been expecting. Unless they do a big old time jump that kid's going to be as tall as everyone else, with a deeper voice than everyone but Tyreese. I'm betting they'll off Carl just for continuity.

Rick is still alive in the comics, despite getting hit by an arrow of Dwight, which may or may not have infected rick, leading him to death, although I personally believe that Dwight is still working for Rick and double playing Negan, which means he didn't infect Rick.

It seems to me to be the LEAST likely time for Rick to die. Like you said, he hasnt done much this season, why kill off the main character when he matters the least? It would lack impact to the majority of the group who already assume that hes dead. Yes, they might reunite, but it would still not matter nearly as much to any of them given his lack of role recently.
Rick is more likely to die when he regains control of the group, when hes predominately featured, when everyone is depending on him.

I caught on to the ominous foreshadow of Glenn burning the photo of Maggie, but let me ask this... what pur… morepose has Rick served this season besides kicking Carol to the curb? None. Zippo. Zilch. The majority of his story has been Carl-centric and how he's become self-reliant. It all culminated with Carl realizing he doesn't want his dad to die. A perfect reason for Rick to do just that. Challenge another character or set of characters. Put them in new positions, make their lives harder, their decisions less clear. Plus they've been force-feeding us this Carl and Michonne relationship. Just seems to me like now might be the most likely time we see Rick get axed.
