I mean, seriously, this is insane. Just scroll down, and it's spoiler after spoiler in topic titles. No one seems to be using tags in threads, either. These aren't even minor spoilers either, but stuff like THAT spoiler from Episode 2 of Season 2. You all know the one. That's the biggest spoiler ever, and I'm seriously ticked off by it. I have no choice but to stay here, because this is the only place where info about the Vita release is getting posted. It's not right that people can be so inconsiderate and blatantly disregard the rules, and not only are they not punished, but their spoilers have not been removed, either. The mods promised to deal with this, so what happened to that? I'm not trying to cause trouble here, but it's bad enough having to wait longer than everyone else for Season Two with no info-I should at least be able to enjoy it without knowing what happens.

Dude, just follow Telltale's/Laura Perusco's twitter. They announce every platform release on there and you won't have to deal with spoilers.
um ok just go to the vita thread instead of the other threads. like wat do you expect? and plus there's telltale blog and twitter.
Hold it right there. For one, the rules of this forum stated no spoilers in titles or outside of tags in unmarked threads. No one here has the right to insist people avoid the forums. Also, it's hard to miss spoilers IN THE TOPIC TITLES. You can even see them from the main forum area. Those other places have proven to be completely inefficient for keeping updated, anyway.
Yes, people should probably be more careful. I'm just going to say though, I would avoid the forums if you aren't caught up on the episodes.. its just a good idea in general. There are other ways you can track the info on the release for Vita.
No good ones, though. And it's not really fair to ask people to avoid the forums. Some of us have threads or posts we are interested in here.
How have those places been inefficient for keeping updated? Outside of "It's coming out for the Vita on ____" what other update would you need?
Look, you've complained about spoilers before (like..a lot) and they obviously haven't been dealt with to your satisfaction. So now you have two options in front of you. You can either do the sane, practical thing and avoid this place that you know is filled with spoilers or you can keep doing the same thing you've been doing over and over again and expecting something to change. Which do you think is the better idea?
Again, not the point of this topic. I don't want this to turn into an argument. I'm not going to be chased away because OTHER people won't follow the rules. They need to start doing so, and the mods need to start cracking down on those who don't, like they said they would.

I guess you're just taking a risk then. I really wish people would be more careful with spoiler tags and thread titles too, but its not realistic to expect some things not to slip by now and then.

No, actually this is the one case where turning a blind eye is exactly what you should do to make things better.
How do you figure? The mods turned a blind eye to the spoiler problem before Season 2 came out, back when it was Season 1 spoilers. Then, they turned a blind eye to it again once Season 2 actually came out. And now, look how bad it is? If you don't punish bad behavior, then there is not incentive to stop. Those people who are breaking the rules will continue to do so, while believing that those they're ruining the game for are in the wrong.
Have you ever wondered why you're the only one on these forums complaining about this problem? Have you perhaps considered that the reason why there aren't legions of Vita players bombarding this forum with complaints about spoilers is because they aren't on here? That perhaps they've realized that the best way to deal with unintentionally spoiling the game for themselves is to avoid a place whose primary function is to allow people who have played the game to talk about it? They've, in a sense, "turned a blind eye" to this problem. And as a result, there's no problem for them.
You're being ridiculous. Ignoring the problem does not solve it. It only makes it worse. There ARE other Vita players here, but they all have their own reasons for not speaking up. "Turning a blind eye" will never be an acceptable solution to me. Now, can you stop telling me to leave? I've said repeatedly that's not the point of this thread.
most people have done their best to keep their posts spoiler free now it's your turn to do what you can to be unspoiled obviously there are going to be people who will spoil these things for you, it's the internet so stop being so stubborn and choose a new method of getting your info of the release date because obviously this one doesn't work out too well for you.

how does my logic make no sense? you're logic if anything doesn't make sense, oh hey i don't want spoilers so why don't i just go to the telltale forums and see where the release date is instead of using other means of getting it that are spoiler free. THIS IS THE INTERNET, you cannot go to the main website of something without getting spoilers, many people are jerks but it's your job to understand that and keep yourself away from places with so much spoilers even when all your going their for is the release date, i said it once and ill say it again there are better ways to get the release date and in no way are the forums going to be it especially after the episode has been released.
If you want to continue getting spoiled in the name of some 'principal', so be it. Keeping my personal opinion out of it, the fact is many posters simply don't care. Apparently the mods don't either. So, you keep fighting the good fight, you noble web warrior you, but you're going to be spoiled. Whether you like it or not is irrelevant to reality.

The sheer fact they're takinga blind eye to users hacking into the game files and releasing future unreleased episode spoilers really annoys me. Then users post these spoilers in unrelated threads or just unexpectedly so there's no way toavoid it.

Sorry but the episode has been out for almost a month there has to be a limit.... I avoided the forums for a full month (from the moment the trailer was released to over a week after the release of the game) to avoid spoilers.
These forums are for discussion of the game, if you want to play it blind it will certainly be best to just avoid anything walking dead altogether. I was on a forum for the show and Kennys reappearance was almost spoiled however I just thought it was one of those fanmade things.
It's normal that it loosen up a few weeks after the episode comes out.
I draw the a line at data file spoilers. They really should crack down on that.
Honestly, I don't even like watching the trailer for the next episode, but if I want to talk here it's inevitable that the information be discussed.

No, there aren't better ways, and for the millionth time this topic is not about that. It is about the spoiler issues here, and how the mods are not doing anything about it. I'm not going to never post or read here again because people refuse to follow the rules.
