Would you like 'Will the Circle be Unbroken' as credits song?

edited March 2014 in The Walking Dead

It could be singed by Janel Drawis again.

  • I wouldn't mind it. Telltale always picks the best music

This is not Bioshock Infinite. And it's not Janel Drewis singing.

  • Yeah, but this song is not originally from Infinite. I think it's folk song, too.

  • Er, no, I'd rather something a little more unique.

Not sure what though. Telltale has done a pretty damn fine job of matching a song to the events of the episode, so I really can't say.

  • This song in TWD universe would be dark, mostly because it's saying Will the circle be unbroken. Possibly meaning the circle of death that surrounds TWD.

    VERY MINOR BIOSHOCK INFINITE SPOILER...POSSIBLY

Not really. It's a pretty song, but I'm not sure how it ties into the overarching theme. It worked really well in Bioshock Infinite because it was a symbol and a huge piece of foreshadowing.

The only way it would really work is if Clem ends up completely alone again at the end of the season. Then it would just be really fucking sad.

  • I know it's not her. I've just chosen bad words.

  • No, this is a nice song and the lyrics go together with themes in Bioshock but not with TWD.

  • It wouldn't be very original on their part to take a song that's just been used in another major video game.

    If Telltale follows the pattern:

    In the Water

    In the Pines

    In the ...?

    In the ...?

In the End - Linking Park

    That would be awesome

  • In the cult compound

    In the shit

There, I filled in the blank ones for you. :)

  • Well, this is one is pretty sad, and in my opinion, depending on the end, it would fit pretty well

  • I like the one they have now a little better

  • Erh... Telltale use songs that fits the ending moment, so if it fits I'll be good with it.

  • I just look forward to seeing if season 2's final credits song is as much of a gut punch as Alela Diane was in season 1.

  • Powerful Kenny Emotions, A+ I feel them. Also UFO ending as SH tribute is touching and appropriate.

  • Nah. The less i want to do nowadays is remember bioshock even exists after they decided to completely destroy everything about the lore with that latest DLC.
