''You checked on Clementine.''

edited March 2014 in The Walking Dead

I replayed Season One and accidentally came across this. If you covered Clem's finger and later ask her about her finger that conversation happens;

Lee:''How's your finger Clem?''

Clem:''Good. It doesn't hurt so much anymore.''

Lee:''Good. I now I'm not you're dad but, if you need anything I'm your guy okay?''

Clem:''Okay. Same.''

Lee:''You're my guy?''

Clem:''No, you know.''

Lee:''We're gonna try to take care of each other.''

Clem:''Yes. Deal.''

Lee:''Let me know if you need anything.''

Clem:''Okay.''

Did you find that too? Do you think it's gonna be important in Season Two? Or I'm the only idiot who discovered that now?

  • Your an idiot. JK

But yeah I think most people knew about this, i found it first time

  • I remember coming across that as well, but I don't see how it would be relevant for Season 2.

  • Yeppers.

  • Well if that ''doo-dee''conversation in Hershel's Farm affects Season Two, anything is possible.

  • True. I just don't see anything too significant about it now that Lee is gone.

  • Is this the most useless thread on this forum? Possibly..

How do you expect this to have any influence on S2? Its just a nice little chat Clem and Lee had.

  • If do you think this is a uselees thread, then why the hell are you here?

  • Could be interesting if they integrated that scene into season 2, say with Sarah's pinky swear. It would be pretty difficult though, it wasn't a specifically memorable, defining, or important part and alas I don't see how she could bring it into conversation without it seeming forced. Perhaps she could just slip in "I'm you guy(or girl)" in a conversation regarding the pinky swear or something. That might be a really cool, if all be it hidden, reference. Telltale ate skilled writers, if they want to make it happen I have no doubt they could make it happen.

  • Haha are.. not ate. Pretty sure telltale employees don't eat people..... pretty sure.....

  • Whaaat.. I swear to my nana I JUST replayed this part.. Literally just right now, maybe 2 minutes ago. And then I stopped and came here.. Mind blown. Can't properly express how mystified I am.

  • To answer your first question.

No. It isn't. And if you had put some thought into your post perhaps you could have improved the already adequate thread. Instead you wasted precious discussion space.

  • You say "you're an idiot", and mispell "you're" as "your". What a hypocrite XD.

  • Yeah i think it's just a little optional conversation, i don't think it will have any effect on season 2.

  • and you said

You say when it should be You said.

You also said and mispell when it should be and you mispelled

Though I honestly don't care we're on the internet I'm not trying to be grammatically and terminologically accurate

  • I discovered it first thing because I try to exhaust all my options on my first play through.

  • it actually does. If you say "Shit" Clem has a habit of saying Shit as well. Is actually hilarious

I stand by my grammar. I just used the present. I think it's ok.

This is one of the things I love about the internet. I practice my english without even noticing :).
