In the episode select screen, is that Kenny on the left of Clem without his hat? It looks exactly like him. I can't imagine him without it though.

Not even Kratos can defeat the god-like stache. Kenny is in good hands... or, well whiskers.
You'd better be right about that. After all the trauma Kenny has sustained, his stache must have been dealt a blow. Only time will tell when its hidden power will be released.
Not even god knows what powers the stache holds underneath it's many layers.
