Will we get to see Kenny in "beast mode?"
There's pracitcally been a Mt. Everest of back-and-forth debate about how the hell Kenny managed to get out of Savannah, either in Christa's or Ben's scenario. We've already checked off a number of possibilities, but here's a simpler one: What if Kenny just finally snapped?
Throughout season 1, the man lost his son, his wife, and his spirit. Vern and his group making off with the boat must have been the last straw. When you're surrounded by the living dead, it's as if you're coming face-to-face with the very force that's been conspiring against you from the start. Something must have finally set him off in the alley or building; a memory of Katjaa, or Duck's death. My guess is Kenny went ballistic in a way we haven't seen in the series before. Sure, zombies are formidable when there's a lot of them, but individually they're weak, and even a mob of walkers would have a nightmare trying to subdue a man whose adrenaline is somewhere in the stratosphere.
Following on that thought, will we see Kenny pushed over the edge once more in episode 3 or later, and unleash hell-on-earth again? I can't help thinking of Tony Montana's final scene from SCARFACE; just a roaring blaze of pure, unfiltered rage. He might go down, but he'd take just about everyone else with him.

I'm hoping for something like this at the compound:
I hope they can make him a little stronger, he always seemed so weak for some reason but if you think of his work and all he must be kinda strong actually
I know it sounds bad, but I hope he does loose his cool in this episode. He just seems to allow himself to get pushed around and whenever something bad happens, where he should be allowed to loose his cool (his wife and child both dieing), he doesn't. He keeps it all trapped in. Maby when he lets out all of his frustration out he can become a real threat to Carver, and a real leader. Or turn into a psychopath.
If he shot Carver in the shoulder could determine whether he wins the fistfight with Carver or not. That'd be interesting.
I can actually see that being a part of the story. Never quite thought of it like that, I mean TellTale wouldn't just include that and expect us to forget about it in the next episode... would they?
It's still telltale. Think about S1Ep2 we did not see really something about kenny's gun shot just that he couldnt lift lee
Depending if his state of mind has changed during that long timeskip.
I guess it all depends on the development on the episode and if it's sloppy or not. Hopefully they remember about it, haha
Kenny will get so angry that he will turn into the hulk, his hands will be replaced with salt licks and he'll start smashing the bad guys heads in!
I would love to see Kenny unleash the beast inside of him and beat the shit out of Carver. That would be awesome.
we wll see him in beast mode like we saw rick in beast mode.
And then Lilly appears and when she sees Kenny, she transforms into She-Hulk Lilly and the final battle between Hulk Kenny and She-Hulk Lilly begins and Clem has to help either Hulk Kenny or She-Hulk Lilly.
Lmao oh man that would be awesome! I'd pay to see that lol.
Rick was hungry as hell.
And Larry will now be known as Blockface?
Larry can be the Abomination. If not, then Carver will be the Abomination.
lol ya haha
Awesome topic, I too think that Kenny changed somehow when he was lost and that he had to do something pretty brutal or crazy. I like how you compared him to Scarface, that is truly how a guy like Kenny would go out. He's got a lot of pain inside of him and the whole world has just been shitting on him constantly.
I would say it is nearly a certainty that we will see the darker side of Kenny, darker than we've seen before. The real question is whether or not we will be willing to back him up when he shows his inner monster.
Maybe in the 16-month time we've missed he's learned how to fist-fight properly.
